It was time to retire my Ford Focus I bought at Lewis 6 years ago. It was previously owned and had been a great car. Anthony aka Preacher showed me several vehicles in my quest for the perfect "me" ride. His patience is amazing, and his help and knowledge greatly appreciated. I made my decision and went in to get all the paperwork done. Everyone that helped from financing to the final paperwork was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They made my day and treated me like I'd known them for years. Preacher even called on my birthday to wish me a great day. This is the 2nd time I've bought from Lewis and both times the group has been awesome. I drove away in a new Ford Escape. It's been a month and I'm still enjoying it. A huge thank you to the Lewis Group for the best vehicle buying experience possible.

Really enjoyed working with the Lewis Team. They have a great team that is very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you the vehicle you are looking for. I've been buying Chevrolet trucks up until now for the least 15 years and merely came in to see the difference in quality between the Silverado and The F-150. Ford takes the cake these days. Not only is it a superior product but the customer service is excellent. These guys feel like a true local dealership and they work to get your business, not something you see much from dealers at all these days. Highly recommend.

Built and bought my 2018 JLU Rubicon from them! John Ford and I sat down and built it exactly how I wanted! Brandon and his service team are fantastic! They go out of their way to take care of ALL of their customers. Not to mention the great deal they gave me on my Jeep.

Jayden is the best. He is young and hungry, he jumped through hoops looking to find us not only the best deal but to find something that would fulfill all of our needs. We have had experienced many unpleasant dealings in the past with other dealers an we are grateful for Jayden and his team our feature purchases will only be through lewis auto groups.

My husband and I just had an incredible experience at Lewis. We traveled from Joplin to look at our dream Jeep. John made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Although the process took several hours, he continued to check on us and even fed us dinner while we waited. Excellent customer service for your vehicle needs.

Went in looking for a truck and David the salesman was very attentive and got us right into a truck I loved. Him and the finance man John were downright the best businessman I’ve ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle at any dealership. They worked with me til we got exactly what I wanted and 10/10 recommend both of them to do business with you won’t be disappointed!

Who knew that purchasing a vehicle would be a great experience?! On a Saturday night, I decided I needed a larger vehicle for my two growing puppies. Because of the excellent reputation that Lewis Auto has, I went to their website first. Bingo-found exactly what I needed. A 2013 Subaru Outback. I sent an email through there online site requesting a call back on Monday. Sure enough, at 8:30 Monday morning I was talking to Cale and made an appointment to drive the car that same day. After inspection, the only thing to resolve was the price. They came down just enough for me to feel very comfortable about the purchase. I can't say enough about how professional, kind and fun this group is! Thanks again to Cale, Shelby , Taylor and all the others that made this buying experience so pleasurable.

Toby and Chuck were amazing. I appreciate both men helping Troy out. They were very nice and very honest with us about how much he was going to spend and put down on the car. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ken Serratos went above and beyond my expectations. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and have never had an experience as good as this one. I gave him a list of expectations and he exceeded every single one. I will definitely be back and sending people his way in the mean time.

I appreciate the realness I saw there with Coby and Scott. After getting absolutely screwed by Superior Nissan across the street I was treated like a VIP. They worked with me on getting my financing to a price I could work with and made me feel welcome.
