Dr. Rodney J. Roark, DDS

Our family has been using Dr. Roark since we moved to the area in November of 1995. Since we moved around a lot with my husband's career, I've been to a slew of dentists. I never have felt as if they're trying to sell me on some extra services, as I have in the past. As a child, I was given medicine that stained my permanent teeth, and I had lots of spaces in between my teeth. Dr. Roark walked me through some cosmetic updates that have made me much more confident in speaking and smiling--and that's truly life changing, when you think about how much of an impact those things have on career and first impressions. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I LOVE Dr Roark. I am terrified of the dentist and he has always provided me with great care and kindness. I went in with a horrible pain on a Monday morning and he immediately did x-rays and had me at an oral surgeon for a root canal. He is currently working closely with Dr Storm to get my bite back in alignment and give me my smile back! Dr Roark adn his staff are the best!!

It's been a few years back since I've seen Dr Roark, but I remember him as always being so professional and excellent at his job! We need more dentist like him!

When my dentist retired I needed to find a new one. Glad to have found Dr. Roark. Always freiendly and helpful.

Lied to me so that I would get Invisalign which ended up causing TMJ disorder and neck muscle damage due to a poorly done crown by Roark years earlier. Told me I wasn't "in occlusion" before starting Invisalign. Got a second opinion after the pain began and sure enough - I WAS in occlusion. Incident was March 2021 and I'm still suffering to this day. Biggest regret of my life was having Roark as my dentist. I recommend avoiding or getting a second opinion if you are a current patient.

I wouldn't go to him if you have TMJ or anything that requires more than basic dental knowledge. Because of his treatment, my otherwise perfect mouth was left with a shifted jaw and an open bite. He refused to take responsibility for it, so on top of graduating and starting a new job, I got to get (and pay for) braces at the age of 23. Who needs to put money into your 401k when you can pay for braces?
