The blond young lady that I met last night (06/21) was super sweet in helping me find something to go with a shirt I bought. It was close to closing time but she did not hesitate to help me and went the extra miles. Will definitely come back! Thank you girl!!!

I love the Francesca's inside the NWA mall! Every time I go in there, they are so helpful and kind, especially Cody. I have gone in there quite a bit. This most recent time I went, Cody and Loraina helped me pick out the cutest outfit and made me feel so good about myself and how I look in it! They give wonderful suggestions for what I may like based on what my style is, and I always walk out of there feeling so nice with a new look in tow! I wish every store I went in had people who cared for their customers as much as they do! I highly recommend stopping by there, you won't be disappointed!

My most recent visit was actually a little over a week ago on 10/25/22 at about noon. I didn't really get the girls name that helped me, but if my receipt is correct it was Olivia lol. I went in hoping (but not really expecting) to find a dress for a big ceremony I have coming up. As soon as I stepped foot in the store Olivia greeted me w/a smile, & asked if I needed help finding something. I told her I had been looking for a couple weeks, but had yet to find something for the occasion. She congratulated me, asked me what I liked, & immediately started pulling dresses out, according to my likes, & a few options she thought I'd look good in. I took my time trying everything on and walked out with 2 dresses, a romper, & a cute blouse. Olivia's great attitude helped! I had gone to the Rogers location before going to the Fayetteville location and walked out empty handed both times. Although the stores are the same the customer service & store in general has completely different vibes. Olivia was attentive to every customer that came in the store. I will no longer hesitate to drive the extra half hour to the Fayetteville location!

I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Cody was so helpful with helping me pick and decide on a few pieces of jewelry!

My husband and I just moved to Fayetteville from Iowa and we decided to check out the local mall. I saw a fabulous dress in the window at Francesca's and wanted to try it on. The staff was super friendly! They totally understood the look I was going for and were really encouraging. I get that part of the job is to be friendly and really try to upsell items and they did a great job with that. I'll definitely be going back when I have some more money!

Cody was super helpful and awesome!!! Helped my girlfriend find the perfect dress for our vacation!

Let me be the first to say I love Francesca's. Love the gifts and jewelry and additional accessories. Still yet, don't try to ever walk around with something in your hands. I'm not positive, but after being in such a small store, and several of them bugging me about giving them my stuff to keep up at the front while I looked around, I began to feel as though they thought I was going to steal it. I definitely don't look the part of a thief either. They seemed to be the type that want you to know they are there watching. It was very strange to me. As I have never been treated that way before except for once before and guess where that was?!!! Francesca's in Fayetteville!! Same place!

Also, they tend to be VERY (for lack of a better word) "snooty" about returning anything you'd like to give back. You feel like a dirty rat. I made a return there 1 time only and felt like I was trying to return a dirty diaper. Who am I to have someone make me feel embarrassed and ashamed, but that is exactly how I felt. I also was behind a woman the last time I was there and she wanted to put on her watch she just bought from them so the lady told her she would just keep her receipt since she was already wearing it out!! The lady walked out disgruntled saying her receipt is also for her balancing her checkbook as well.

Look, a job is a job and any one is honorable... But you work at Francesca's in the Mall... Not the U.N. Be kind to people and treat them with respect because I can promise you they will never forget it either way. Otherwise, besides those few times with those couple of women, the other females that work there have been very friendly and kind.
