I ordered a lot of things online and did not like some of the perfume and some of the clothes didn't fit correctly. I called the store in Fayetteville Arkansas mall and they said I could exchange or return them since I had most of my receipts. I returned what I had receipts for and exchanged what I couldn't find a receipt for. They were nice and gave me no problem doing this. Much easier for me anyway that finding a box and packing them all up and sending back in the mail.

Superior customer service. These ladies will help you find what you need with the perfect fit. The store was clean and well organized; despite being the end of the day, on black Friday. Very impressed with this location, will be back.

I just received a couple of new bras that I ordered online and they fit like a glove as usual (they run true to size) and oh my gosh they are SUPER comfortable... INCLUDING the push-up bra ❤🙌💯 My last handful of Victoria Secret bras lasted 2 years which is obviously a long time for a bra that's always machine washed (NEVER handwashed). I hang them up on a hanger to dry but they are pratically indestructable lol---they can get expensive if they aren't on sale or on clearance but they are worth every red cent 🤗 If you need a good bra, dont waste your money anywhere else on one cuz Victoria's Secret's has every reason to have a great reputation for their bras 💝

Came here with my friend looking for some b'day gifts and found just that! The staff here are amazing and helped us find what we were looking for. Would recommend 10/10 for brands and quality but make sure you got some extra spending money with you going here!

I have to say even though i was walking around with one of my wife's bras in my pocket, that I really really really enjoy when I had to go pick up a couple Oh them for my wife. The customer service was impeccable. The professionalism was Interstellar. All of the women that work in there are amazing and amazingly embody and exubriate the strength and soul of all women. Roar Ladies! I had the most comfortable of time and the interactions were genuine and righteous

The customer service was great. They were helpful trying to find what I needed. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but offered to order and ship to my house for free.

They had some awesome sales the day I was there and always friendly staff to help out.

If you're at the Northwest Arkansas Fayetteville Mall go to Victoria Secret and talk with Crystal the manager. She is awesome! If she can't help you nobody can! She has a very bubbly and outgoing personality and very sweet courteous and kind. She used to be at the Rogers store and I would go to see her there. She definitely makes this an awesome store.

Amazing customer service at this location. I'd rather go in and have someone help me than stumble along the online site guessing, which the employees at this store nail on the head.

Well laid out store. Sale areas are spread out well and are easy to navigate. Friendly college town associates. Not over bearing. Great store experience.

Perfume i got is bery nice called Bombshell intense but wish they still had Body by Victoria. It was my favorite. Live the clothes
