After a frustrating night of horrible service everywhere we walked into JD and the young man that helped us was patient and on his game. It ended our night on a positive note!

Amazing employees, especially juliany ( I'm sorry for likely destroying the spelling)! They are super welcoming and helpful. They work hard, are friendly, have amazing customer service skills, and are very knowledgeable! Allison was there today and went above and beyond to assist me while I was at a different location. This location in Peabody is the absolute best, especially if you won a raffle. Thank you JD Peabody!

Staff are very friendly. Good store to make shoe purchases at, the selection is probably the best in the mall. Sometimes the music is loud but not an issue. The store is clean and employees are following safety measures.

Had a dope experience with Ahmed. My bad if I spelled his name wrong lol, but he had a dope personality and made sure every one of our needs were met and taken care of. Thanks my man.

It's a hit or miss but when they give you early access on releases don't hold your breath because it's almost false advertisement you're lucky if you get them just this year because people are hurting for money but every other place that gives you early access you don't have to worry about and you have to pay $2,000 points to get there early access I can use it on all retro fives thank you

Shouldn’t have to light a flare and signal for help. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a mall. Usually you have to beg them to leave you alone but at this store you could be waving a bag of cash while holding your shoe selection and walk out empty handed. Kids walking around in zebra 350s like he’s cool or something 10/10 lost my business forever.

Really disappointed here. The selection is good but staff is another story. Went there today. They had one staff at the front with 10 people in line. That seems ok when short staffed however the staff managing the check out was EXTREMELY slow. Beyond the median range of slow. He was staring off into space folding the same shirt over and over. As I watched him I pondered what could be going through his mind? I sincerely hope you are ok. Maybe consider taking a sick day rather then being at work taking the companies money and time away from your customers? You folded the same shirt 4 times. Does JD have an employee assistance program? Young man with black curly hair. Please help him. We had $500 in merch we did not buy as we left. Thank you and hope this is helpful.

A security officer in their UK store lied about a bully named Ghost biting him. There is footage showing what really happened and now this poor dog has been taken from his family during the holidays. The officer will not tell the truth even with the footage. I urge everyone not to shop from any of their stores until they tell the truth so that Ghost can be reunited with his family. Waited in the cold for an unreserved pair of Jordan 3s today. While obviously nothing is guaranteed in this situation - I was 6th in line when I arrived at 4pm, and I was 10th by the time I reached the counter. They allowed a dude to cut the line bc he’s a regular I guess? The man stood there and bragged about cutting the line in front of the manager, and then bought the very last pair in men’s sizing right in front me. In other words, it turns out I had arrived early enough to get a pair IF, it hadn’t been for this guy, his cronies, and the manager that allowed them to cut the people who waited patiently. Pretty trash way to treat your customers.
