I want to thank Ryan for setting up an account temporarily in our Bella Vista while we were renting for 2 months while waiting for home in Pea Ridge to be completed. Today, We moved into our new home. Ryan and Chancey came and set up a very top of the line hardwired and wireless system. 2 two ADT systems combined into one system. We have been with ADT 36 years and bought and sold our four houses. Excellent service and complete satisfaction in each home we used ADT.

Made sure everything was installed exactly where I wanted. Knew what he was doing, made sure I knew what I was doing before he left. Over-all I’m really happy with my new system. I love all the new updates Command has.

Absolutely the worst company!! I have been with them for 10 years and called to cancel my service and had to talk negative to the manger agent. I told her numerous times I was not interested in new promotions and then go so nasty about me not listening to her!! I was going to consider thinking about to new offer but after her negative attitude I went off and told her transfer me to the person that pushes the button she said it’s beneath her to be the one doing the cancellation. Hate I wasted my time with this company for so long!! NEVER CHOOSE THEM! Little so they know its 127 other families canceling and three franchises businesses that were about to sign on! They won’t miss the money from them but they won’t get it either!!

ADT uses predatory sales & customer service tactics. I’ve had nothing but headaches and regret after entering a contract with them. Even after following contract terms for cancellation perfectly, I’m still having payments auto drafted and am getting the run around from customer service and billing. Stay away!

Don’t send sales reps to knock on doors in the dark after 8pm. Not only is it rude, it creates discomfort and unease. I will never use this service.

I never seen such an irresponsible company. All it is scam trying to steel as much money from customer. One of ADT vendor(Safe Street) reach out to me and sold service with 30day trail period and 7 initial free months. But they keep on charging from my account with out authorization from 1st month. I tried calling and asking to cancel my trail services as they cheated me with service. They are not even trying to help us instead they are asking to reach out to vendor who are not responding properly at all. But finally adt is charging from account without my authorization.
Never Ever get adt service.

I am having a very bad experience with ADT. I cancelled my service on Feb 2022. They have the notes on the account however today being May 2023, I am being charged monthly for the service that I am neither using or living to the address. When I call the ADT, I am being circled back and forth between Account Services, Billing Departments, Supervisors however, I am not getting a proper answer about the dispute for over months.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Both ADT and Blue by ADT are absolute garbage! I saw in another post below the exact circumstance that happened to me. They lied just to get me to sign a contract.

I originally signed up for Blue by ADT's services back in September of 2020. Although temporary, I no longer owned where I was moving to and the landlord did not want anything permanent installed. I explained the situation to the individual with ADT who proposed their new branch (Blue by ADT) as a solution. I was assured multiple times that this was month to month and that I could cancel at any time. Based on where this type of business is headed with companies like Ring and SimliSafe, that did not seem too off base.

With the understanding that this can be cancelled at any time, I moved forward with Blue by ADT. I moved into the new location which took a couple months to unpack. At this time, I had not been able to unpack and install the devices shipped to me from Blue by ADT due to moving and starting a new job. Please keep in mind that I was still paying the monthly cost for the services although they had not been installed. ADT withdrew approximately $500-$600 from my account without my knowing simply because I had not installed the devices even though I was paying monthly for their use. Ridiculous.

Now, I am calling to cancel Blue by ADT as I am no longer renting and was informed that I owe somewhere around $700 to cancel. This is unacceptable. I was lied to so that I would sign a contract.
When I signed up for Blue by ADT, I was assured several times that I could cancel and that this was month to month.

Please please save your money they are not worth the stress and headache they will cause you. I agree with the below review that this company seriously needs to be out of business and will be reported to the BBB.

We had a team from our local ADT office show up at our front door at 7pm, dinner time, on a Tuesday. When I answered the door, I told them that we weren’t interested. They said they were just here for our walk through, and acted as though we should have been told at our closing that we had a $2000 credit with ADT. We let them into our home and shouldn’t have, as all of that seems not to have been true. It was a sales call. When we tried to clarify that it was a sales call, the lead salesman acted offended. The trainee, who I think was named Mitch, was lovely— friendly and warm, and not in charge of the dishonest approach his supervisor took. When I asked the supervisor to email me a copy of the contract terms if he wanted me to consider them, he acted like that was an insane request and said he’d never tried to email them to anyone before. He spent a long time trying to get his own ADT app to redownload on his phone because it wasn’t loading correctly, and complained about the quality of our internet.

The 30 minutes we spent with them were disturbing enough that we’ve talked about it for days. Neither salesman left a card or any way to contact them or their office, which left us feeling frightened that they weren’t who they said they were. It was a truly terrible experience, and I hope ADT doesn’t put anyone else through it.

Needless to say, we aren’t interested in pursuing a home security contract with ADT.

I regret getting ADT!! Please people save your money. I been having issues with the doorbell camera not working since day 1!! Techs have came out to “fix it”multiple times and they still have the audacity to charge me a trip fee? It’s not my fault they can’t get their system to work. After the tech came to “fix” my camera I told him I was told there would not be a fee he said yes sorry I still have to charge you. Well I didn’t agree to it. Then I get the workoder summary with terms and conditions where they checked stating I agreed to them!! I did not! Apparently now are they falsifying your signature and consent too! They tell you lies, so make sure you record every conversation you have with them cause it turns into your words against theirs. If the system worked I wouldn’t even be upset but it’s trash it never works. Just please save yourself the anger and headache.

Worst customer service ever, I have had my system replaced twice due to faulty. A tech was suppose to come out last month never did. Not even a phone call to say they were not coming to fix issue. Adt local “BRADY” was no help and super rude. I regret getting ADT they are charging me for a system that does not work. They did troubleshooting several times and it works for few hours and goes back to not working. They did not bother working with me they said I had to pay it’s in the contract, at least give me a system that actually works. I was better off getting a dog for security. This junk isn’t going to protect or alert us for anything. Adt please don’t respond with I’m sorry about your frustration or experience try fixing the issue instead of feeding your customers lies!!! Save your money don’t get stuck in a contract!

If there was an option for -5 Stars I would have selected that option! From the beginning we were given 1 price and the charged another price, which was higher of course. And now that we are canceling our system we were given 1 cancelation price and then at the end they tacted on an additional $400 for good measure. Never worked with a company with soooo many fine print details there are not presented to you up from. For example: we were told we have 60 days to cancel if we don't like the services, but when we called to cancel within the 60 days they then told us its only if a tech comes out for the same issue 3 times. Anything outside of that requires you to pay the rest of your contract.

THIS COMPANY WILL ALMOST PROTECT YOUR HOME BUT DEFINITELY NOT YOUR WALLET!!
