The hygienist that did my cleaning was very honest and helpful and did a very thorough exam and cleaning. She was very kind and gentle and concerned about my well-being. Most informative and complete cleaning I have ever had.

I trust my Dentist Dr. Walls at Monarch dental in Fayetteville. She is right on and has integrity with her work. The team always make me feel at ease and I am able to work on our dental plan at an affordable price. I feel relief not distress after my visit. It is worth the drive.

Wow. Couldn't be more impressed. My regular dentist was off Friday and I have a bad infection. They were able to squeeze me in despite being busy, got me rx for antibiotics and whatnot, and saved me a weekend of horrible pain and probably an urgent care visit. Couldn't have been nicer and more understanding.

I always love this Dental clinic that my husband chose for me. The dentist, Dr. John Kilcrease is very gentle, friendly,he'd explain to you everything while he's preparing to do the procedure.And I like that, so I don't have to ask questions. Dental assistants are also very nice and the staff at the front desk.
I'm definitely gonna be a client as long as I live here.

I just had my second visit with Monarch for routine X-rays and cleaning and I’m very happy with the experiences.

Been a patient for over 10 years and have always felt heard and valued. There is a level of care from each person in this office, from front desk to doctors, that I haven’t encountered anywhere else in my 42 years. I’ve had extractions, root canals, crowns, cleanings, and fillings in this time and never been anything except pleased with the results. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place.

I'm in my 7th decade, been fortunate to have lived in multiple states across the US so I've experienced many dental hygienists. Hannah is the clearly the best hygienist I've encountered. Hannah is knowledgeable on her profession, is very professional, communicates clearly before every step, AND what sets Hannah high above other experiences is she is personable. I've never had a more relaxed and enjoyable experience getting my teeth cleaned!!

Love the staff unfortunately cleaning are being scheduled 9 month out so I will need to look for another practice.

Dr. Kilcrease was knowledgeable and empathetic to my conditions and situation. His advice was welcomed and taken. Dr. Smith was excellent and thorough. When one procedure wasn't working ( due to my own health issues ) he gave me options and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. The financing side was upfront about cost and helped secure discounts for me in my situation. This blessing was the only reason I could have the much needed procedure done. If you find yourself at Monarch you'll be in good hands.

def. had a GREAT experience here! the fact that i was able to get in the same day being a new patient was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and I felt comfortable while I was getting a temporary crown put on. I highly recommend this place. Big shout out for the front staff for being so welcoming ^_^

I have gone to Monarch Dental for it the past six years. The front staff is very friendly, and I absolutely love the main dentist there. I’m not sure what her name is, but she wears cute blue glasses. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Allison, the hygienist, is the sweetest person! She made the cleaning experience so comfortable and was extremely accommodating! The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and so very pleasant! A quick and easy visit, that I feel is extremely affordable even without dental insurance.

I had my first appointment yesterday and while I think their covid restrictions are a little extra, the staff was so good to me. I have a lot of anxiety that usually results in some involuntary tears. Not full on crying or anything but they could tell I was distressed and they took extra care to explain everything and reassure me that it would all be ok. I was so grateful to not be treated like a silly/stupid inconvenience and instead like a human in good hands. I would recommend them to those who are like me and have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors/dentists.

I’m in my 70s and haven’t been to a dentist for 10 years. The receptionist was pleasant. The dental assistant friendly and competent. The dentist Dr. Kilcrease was very friendly and attentive. My primary need was to fill three cavities on my front two teeth. He was able to do this at this visit. There was no pressure to address other needs like cleaning or whitening. They told me up front what all the costs were and left it up to me to decide what I was willing to do next. Cost for the three fillings was in line with other dental quotes for the NWA area. I would definitely recommend Dr Kilcrease and Monarch dental.

When going through certain procedures Monarch has to offer there can be many emotions that begin to run through a patients mind. Tracy took all the complications of emotion out of the decision process and went above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. I would dock 1 star for price but will forgo in doing so in light of the amazing and welcoming service provided. Give them a try.
