FOLLOW UP EDIT (1 year later): Had to trade in a set of Duralast rotors because they were already warping after about a year. The man up front apologized for the inconvenience and hooked me up with the Gold version because they did not have the basic in stock and he did not want the same issue to happen again.

I came in needing a battery. Jason helped me find one, and then he installed it for me. Extremely professional and very helpful. He made it a very simple process and I appreciate everything he did. Great work!

Each time I go into an AutoZone they provide excellent customer service. A big Thank You to Hayden who helped me figure out which bulb I needed and didn't let me leave without making sure my new one worked. I am truly lost when it comes to car things and Hayden never made me feel dumb. His kindness and patience was extremely what I needed.

I have now found the location for all my future automotive needs and will share that with all my friends.

I needed assistance with getting a new battery. Clayton M. first checked that I needed a new one and then helped me with choices and installing my new battery. He was extremely helpful, didn't treat me poorly for being a woman without a lot of mechanical skills, and taught me a few things about my car that will help me in the future. Wow!!! My left headlight was out and I believe the gentleman name was byrin sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Before I got into the store he had it ready at checkout just by looking at my car from outside. Talk about first class service!!!

From out of state when our 2016 jeep rubicon overheated and ended up bein 3 miles from location.. Bryon and Jason excellant team and assistance with getting us back on the road ..
Was able to use there basic hand tools and replaced thermostat!! Good to Go !!

I wish I would have asked for the name of the person who helped me, but it was extremely cold outside when I had a front light go out on my VW. An employee offered to help me diagnose the problem after I realized the bulb was not the issue. This employee went above and beyond in under 15 degree weather, and I really appreciate it.

They were very nice and compassionate , unlike O'Reilly I'll never spend another penny with them . they walked pass me working on people's cars some next to me and never said ,mam can we help you with something ,all I needed was a jumpstart .I guess I wasn't lite enough

Everyone was so friendly! I went in to ask if they had a tire pump or if they knew where I could go for that. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and gave me directions to a nearby Big 'O Tires.

Great group of guys and gals here. If you have a question on something as simple as "what's the difference between high mileage synthetic and regular synthetic oil?" you'll get the correct answer. High mileage synthetic has more additives to help the engine FYI. If you sign up for their rewards program you'll get the $5 reward pretty quickly. Awesome Experience!! Alternator fuse just $4... Then the Man helping me replaced the fuse, secured my battery, tightened the cables, & did alternator/ battery check. He went out of his way to go above and beyond⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I are traveling from Texas. In between Ft Smith and Faytetteville. The battery light on our 2012 Tundra came on. We replaced battery but found alternator was bad.
