Terrible attitude with regard to showing a property. Excessive amount of questions just to get a showing. Complaining about college kids applying when I had already informed her I was an attorney inquiring about the property for myself. A bunch of unnecessary questions that would all be answered through the application anyway. If you don't want to rent a property just say that from the get go. I was denied a showing for pushing back on the ridiculous scrutiny she thinks is standard.

First of all, I paid up front (12 months rent) $20,400 PLUS a pet fee and deductible.This woman knew that I had a (Sih-tzu) little dog in the residence that was legally on the contract. When it came time to move out of this residence, this woman raised the electric temperature of the home to 60 after I had left it at 50. Even though the home was entirely vacant, in which, made my power skyrocket which resulted in a outrageous bill. She claimed the home had to be at this temperature, even though NO such thing about temperature was mentioned in the contract. She came to the home to show the property and claimed the residence smelled like a "BIG DOG". Upon moving out, on top of jacking up the the thermostat, she charged approx. $150 cleaning fee even though my mother (who has been a cleaning lady all my life) and I cleaned the home for 8 hours.
