Kyle and Chandler are a dynamic duo.
We selected Chandler and Kyle as realtors based on a recommendation from a family member and didn’t look elsewhere. We were not disappointed. They were attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. When they didn’t have an answer they employed resources to find an answer and provide a solution.

The buyer came into an open house so they became both the seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. However they fairly represented both sides. In fact we both came out feeling like winners. The buyer was very excited to get the home and we were excited to have a buyer who is interested in making the house a home and being part of a neighborhood. It didn’t hurt that our sale price was over our asking price.

Chandler and Kyle also helped us through the process. It is a lot to get done in just over a month from meeting them to closing on the property — lots of emails and texts but they would call us or meet us when we needed a little more encouragement or clarification.

I was traveling extensively, out of the state and country, during our closing, and she helped me get everything done on time and efficiently with no stress! There were hiccups during the closing process, but even then she kept her cool, and we worked with the seller to get all issues ironed out and struck a deal that kept both sides happy, and maintained our original closing date!
