Excellent service, from the moment you arrive, greeted by Sheerie. I have enjoyed services from Shannon (massage) and hair from Nicole & Nadia.
On my last visit, Desiree transformed a lady from feeling "old" to "alive again". The customers entire face lit up from the new style and color.

I’ve been a happy customer for over 20 years— I love everything— the location and the elegant space and I’ve worked with almost every hairdresser there— they’re all amazingly skilled and personable. My current two faves are Dessiree and Devyn. Liz does excellent mani pedis and she’s always a great chat too.

I have had the privilege of going to Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa since moving to the North Shore last year. The salon looks like a luxury resort; it is decorated tastefully with warm and calming hues, plants, and paintings. The receptionist who greets you when you walk in is so friendly and willing to help accommodate any of your appointment and beauty care needs. I go to Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa to get my eyebrows done by Esther who is just phenomenal at what she does. She is so precise, thorough, talented, gentle, engaging, and friendly. We have had many pleasant conversations while she does my eyebrows which is a welcome respite from the sometimes painful process of eyebrow waxing and plucking! She shapes my eyebrows perfectly which is essential because eyebrows really do frame the face and her work makes my face look more youthful and refined. Her room is also very quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. Thank you Andrew Michaels and Esther for your incredible service and peaceful spa. I look forward to being a long-term client here! :)

I absolutely love Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa! I go once a month for a wax with Esther who is phenomenal. She's super professional, and honestly a lot of fun to talk to. The spa is always clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I look forward to trying other services in the future. Do yourself a favor and book something with them, treat yourself.

Very happy client here. I am very lucky to have Dessiree for keeping my hair looking gorgeous and also Esther for incredibly relaxing facials. The stations are not crowded which makes yhour time more personal. The room Esther uses is quiet and extremely comfortable. If you have never been you should treat yourself.

I have been going to Cathi for many years for my haircuts. Not only is she very skilled, but she is great at listening to my needs and offering suggestions on how to achieve my hair goals. Highly recommend! The salon is beautiful and clean, and everyone I have dealt with there has been professional and friendly.

Amazing staff and great prices all under one gorgeous roof! Cathy is a fabulous stylist who takes care of my hair just the way I like it. I change styles frequently and she nails it every time! Kelly was able to provide a sensitive skin facial for me and I can finally get facials again without any irritation - highly recommend her attention to my needs! I have been going to Andrew MIchaels for a few years for facials and eyebrow waxing with Kelly, just recently starting seeing Devyn for hair cut and color. Both ladies are amazing. There is such a calming atmosphere at the Salon. Sherry, the receptionist is amazing also. They always make you feel welcome and special. Love them all

I've seen Shannon for one-hour massages for a couple of months. She is terrific--she's professional, caring, and gives a wonderful massage, checking in with you to make sure the pressure is what you would like, and making sure she is concentrating on those areas that you may want her to concentrate on.

I have been using Andrew Michaels for years for haircuts and massages. I returned for a haircut after they reopened when the state allowed salons to open. They have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of their clients and their staff in this Covid environment. Social distancing, masks and handsanitizing protocols are all in place and strickly enforced. It is one of the few places I would consider for these services. The quality of there staff is excellent. You can always trust them to be professional and talented.

Dessiree is a talent like no other! I have never had a haircut that has grown out spectacularly. I walk out the door at Andrew Michaels with an adorable, super texturized pixie. When I step back through again in 5 or 6 weeks, I’m sporting aa really cool perfectly shaped head of hair. No longer a close-cropped pixie, but just as adorable. I have never looked in the mirror and said, “Omg, I need a cut RIGHT now!” Dessiree’s demeanor is as professional and nuanced as her cuts. Your consult will be just as thorough on your tenth visit as it was on your first. She is quiet and focused, and her attention to detail is excellent. Additionally, Dessiree’s expertise extends to dry cuts, curls, and color.
