Such good vibes every time I come back. Just big enough to get what you need and move along. Everyone was so kind. My Mama loved the baked goods & my dog Toto liked the lil treats i picked up too. Thank you

First time coming to NaNa’s took my mom here for her birthday . Got a pani/pedi, wow! What an amazing job they did!!! I have to say they are all funny and very welcoming! I would recommend this nail salon to everyone! Treated us like VIP I will be making this our new spot! Thank you NaNa’s for an awesome experience!!!

Their soups are on par with the ‘soup nazi’ from Seinfeld. Salad bar is excellent too. My go-to for lunch

It's a smaller store so they don't have everything, but the small size helps to cut down on shopping time. They definitely have all the basics although some items are a little pricier than a larger grocery store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I went for basic groceries today, and the shelves are pretty well stocked (including toilet paper!) considering that people are buying in bulk right now.

Great local market. People there are great, the deli area is well stocked. Really happy they added the salad bar soup bar. Always fresh. Everyone is always willing to step in and help when the registers are busy. Even the store manager has been jumping in when short handed. Great job.

Lovely, immaculate store, with good selection of high quality and organic foods. Only issue is that the checkout folks put my tomatoes at the bottom of the bag (not smart), so watch and advise when they pack your bags!

I love Crosby's. Great soups, salads, and various other prepared hot and cold foods available to-go, and everything I'd need to sustain myself if I were a neighbor. I'm not a neighbor, but I do make it a point to visit when I'm nearby and hungry. I'm also impressed by the well-dressed kids they have working there. They're always polite and professional, and it makes the whole place seem as though the proprietors take pride in their establishment.

Above average grocery store. Great salad bar and hot soup selections. Good quality all around. There is a large selection of prepared meals. I have never had anything that is of poor quality hetr.

Great produce. Awesome unusual, but delightful things....kefir ! Jars of the best tuna!...excellent teabags top quality...beautiful fresh flowers.... Chicken salad from Henry's !...marro bones for homemade demi ! Just remarkable essentials .

I gave Crosby's 5 stars based on their workers. They have worked throughout this Covid-19 pandemic tirelessly, not missing shifts, not taking it out on customers. They quickly get to know the "regulars" and always lend a helpful hand. The downside has been the dramatic increase in everyday purchases. As a nearly daily shopper I do know the prices and was shocked to see what I would call taking advantage of customers needs. It is always a boost to see Judy, Debbie, Jenna, Deb in meat room, Rick, my favorite Andrew, Nestor, the Produce manager, name has slipped my mind. They are just a few of the backbone of Crosby's Market. Please take time to get to know them, you will want to go back.

I shop at this market at least once a week. The store is small, but has everything you need. Great store!

I love Crosby's Chicken Salad (not the other brands they carry). The staff is wicked friendly and their french best is the best in town! ...but their Chicken Salad is everything!!!!!!!!!!

Great locally owned grocery store. Higher prices and less selection than the national chains but a great little store. I could smell food while I was walking around. Love that!

The employees I've dealt with are very helpful especially Rachel shes the best!!! Crosbys should b proud to have these employees work for them...Andrew, Emily 1 and 2 and Meghan and Meghan brother who's name I forget at this writing...

Summary:  A compact supermarket that has everything you need for full-service grocery shopping without all the extraneous aisles of filler, at the same price as Shaws or Stop & Shop.
What really strikes me about this place is the efficiency with which they arrange and fill the space with everything you need.  But they dont price gouge you in the fashion of most neighborhood grocers.  The company must also treat their employees well, because its always the same staff working there.  Fresh produce, great deli counter, huge selection of wine & beer, fair prices on chicken and beef.  The only caution I have is stay away from the pre-made potato and pasta salads.  Those are gross.
is Crosbys as cheap as market basket?  No way, but I dont have to risk hypertension dealing with the crush of people.  Its right around the corner and has everything I need at a price I'm happy with for the convenience.

I love my local Crosby's (Salem). It has a good selection and very nice staff. It's a full-size market but not gigantic and I like that.
