I enjoyed the new drop off and pick up arrangements. They even called me to discuss options of one of my garments which had a blend of materials that was challenging to clean. They did a fabulous job! Highly recommend them!!

Easy drop off and automated pick up makes it easy. My one dressy dress cost over $15 and that seemed high, but may be the average cost of dry cleaning everywhere. It was cleaned and packaged very well.

Always quick, easy, and hassle free experiences here with zero complaints about their quality of service. I typically take my comforters and larger/higher quality blankets every month but have also had great experiences the few times I’ve used them for bulky winter jackets. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dry cleaning service!

It was a good experience. I had a overcoat cleaned that hadn't been cleaned before and they had a note on advising some spots just wouldn't come out. Looked really good to me. 29 years with those spots.

Went to get my son's homecoming suit pressed and they did it quickly, customer service was great, I was updated on when to pick it up (a great convenience), and it was a quick and easy drop off and pick up! Everyone was very friendly.

I work at a hospital and occasionally bring patient laundry to Elite. I brought laundry in on Monday, knowing that it's usually a 2-3 day turnaround. However, our patient's discharge date was moved up by 2 days. The staff at Elite went above and beyond and our patient's laundry was finished by end of day on Tuesday. In addition to cleaning our comforters and duvet covers, winter coats, and wool sweaters—Elite Cleaners cleaned multiple pieces of embroidered antique linen beautifully. Excellent seamstress hemmed and mended several items of clothing. The drive-thru drop off & pickup service is great. Excellent customer service every time!
