Wow I was really surprised when I got loaded 3 hours before appointment! They try to load trucks earlier if they are not busy. Overnight parking (please keep it clean). Best Americold in USA! I was here on halloween and spotted Bigfoot by the office he made my day hahahaha

Soo here’s the New update for this Route
Take exit 67a to Garland ave …Take left on traffic lights u will be on north 112 hwy, Pass 2 traffic lights then on 3rd light and end of street take right on W Van asche dr..Go about half a mile and turn left on Roosevelt ave .. idk why everyone talking bout upgrade Thats literally not even half a mile .. the same Roosevelt turn into Ball st .. park your truck in right side blind spots and check in .. Easy route ..Follow the Google map simply..they open at 7am but sometimes they knock at ur door at 0630 to check in ..they have overnight park to .. U can come anytime even in midnight..Good people..loading and unloading fast ..

Overnight parking, that uphill had me going 5mph at 42000 lbs. almost felt like I was going the wrong way but arrived at midnight so atleast I was in nobodys way

Took almost 1.5 hours to get a dock, other than that they were extremely fast loading, 15 mins, and paperwork was ready. In and out in under 2 hours still. Don't go inside the gate, park, blindside 45, and walk in for best service as posted.

Quick in and out! At first, I gasped once I learned I had to go in the cave but it wasn’t as frightening as I thought. In fact, it was quite an adventure ! It’s amazing how they built the docks in a cave.

Fast receiving. Nice folks. Drivers lounge. Overnight parking. Docks in the cave are a lil challenging but just keep your eyes open

Arrived 19:30 was out on the road bills in hand by 22:00. Took about 30 minutes to start loading once docked in door 9. Still faster than most.

This place was totally awesome I didn't even know they had caves down in Arkansas when I went to go pick up my butterball load staff was completely friendly and helpful overnight parking very beautiful quiet secluded area totally lots of fun I mean they loaded me immediately in and out guys this place was great

Unlike any other americold this place is awesome. Got loaded in 45 min. They have overnight parking.

Checked in there for Pickup 12 hours before my Appointment time and was loaded right away. Good job all of you guys

Great place to deliver, overnight parking and very fast unloading. Had a 8am appointment, I got a door at 6:45am empty and out by 7:30am.

If you wanna get here take Exit 66 (Garland St), then Left on Hwy 112. You will face north after you make a left on Hwy 112. Then on 1st and only traffic lights make a right. Go up till Rosavellt Ave and make left. Rosavelt turns into BALL ST. On Rosavelt it's 9% up the hill Incline and then downhill also. Cross railway crossing Location is on your left. Docks inside the Caves are super cool. Easy loading/unloading.

Overnight parking is allowed, but it's hard to get to this place, so from i49 South take exit 69 then turn left and go 1 mile pass Main DR then Turn Right on Elmore St then Turn Right On N Hewitt Rd then Turn Left on Main DR then turn Right on Ball St and continue straight until you get to ths company ... when you get to the company park the truck and then Check in.

I love this place. They waste no time. You can show up a day early and they'll load you!

Tight docks inside cave are slightly intimidating, but designed to get into easily. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

Nice people, quick load,just go out the same way you got in,turning left to leave is a bad situation
