NAPA Auto Parts

Somehow I ended up with both headlights out after dark and needed replacements. Sean was quick, witty, and knowledgeable, he knew that the lights the computer recommended probably weren't correct and sold me the correct lights, then helped me install them in the dark, cold parking lot! I could have figured it out myself but I was so grateful for his help! Thank you Sean!

What can I say? Napa know how. This place beats AutoZone and O'Reilley's.

Good place... Inventory can be better, or maybe it was only what I was looking for..hubcaps. Very nice staff. Will return one day it's in my neighborhood

These are the nicest, most professional folks I've dealt with at any auto parts store. They are always so helpful. They have excellent parts and service is impeccable. Won't EVER need to deal with Auto Zone again!! Yay!!

.y number one auto parts store once again because Napa has over 90% of the car parts you need in the store and "IF " not they will get it there fast within the hour or so! It's rare that they won't have the parts you need for your project, so that's a very big if!! Now they may be a little pricier than others, Auto zone,O'Reilly etc. , the parts they sell your are of very good quality and last longer than other same products! Go Napa!!

I buy random things here all the time. I felt compelled to write this review after having a good experience returning an unused item at this location. I had my receipt and the item ready walking in. I was helped promptly with no fuss at the register. In the past I have also specially ordered wiper blades (why are you so weird about wiper blades Prius 2 Eco?) and always been able to pick them up next day. No one ever has these in stock. This is the fastest and most reliable location I've ever gotten them at.

Ordered some fan belts, I ended up putting my truck in the shop instead..Napa gave me a full refund with no problem, thank you !

Top of the line Auto Parts you got to get out there and sell your products to these service repair shops cuz they're using low quality parts and you can make a killing because your products are superior I just discovered a great repair shop called Floyd's on St Charles Rock Road in St John and I was very happy to see that Napa Auto Parts delivered there and service this fine company

Great customer service! They were out of the item I brought up to the counter to purchase so they gave me the upgraded model for the same price as the item I selected without me even asking. They were super polite through the process which I greatly appreciate. I will make sure that I will use this store location for any future needs I have.

These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.

I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.

Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.

(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

Andres was a lifesaver for me today. I'm so appreciative of his knowledge and helpfulness. Plus the price of my car battery from Napa was way less than what I was going to pay at another store! Consider me your new loyal customer!

The customer service at this particular location is very friendly and helpful and the management seems to really care about their customers and making sure that they get the right parts at the best price. I have pay online for an order and even though the promotion had expired before I picked up my order they still under the price so that is great customer service and the manager on duty was very friendly about it

They were awesome at helping me try to get my bus started. Unfortunately we couldn't get it started but they were definitely helpful.

I was helped from when I walked through the store up until I checked out. It was like that they were there just for me. It was great.

NAPA friendly and quality service for the customer to locate, purchase, repair, and replace OEM equivalent parts for their vehicles. Additional support supplies in batteries, oil, filters, belts, lamps, cleaning, tools, and misc.

Yay Napa is always a wonderful company to buy from. The quality of the parts and tools is always high above the other big car parts places. We always know the tools we buy from Napa have a quality guarantee and the owners work really well to keep customers happy across the country. Napa has been a good partner to us!
