Haley the store manager is super nice, professional and courteous. I didn't have my receipt for a store return and had no email address on file to look up the purchase. She took the time to find the transaction in the computer to give me the refund. These days that kind of service is hard to find. Good place to shop.

While like most, I have a very busy schedule. But with that, I had to take some time out to do a shout out to Windsor workers Ally and Allegra. I just left Windsor at the Northshore mall. Today is Wednesday and I'm looking for a prom dress for my daughter for this Friday. Given that, one can understand my stress. There was a store full of people giving it is prom season and with only these two young ladies working, they still managed to meet our every need. Great work ladies!

I love this place, Haley helped me a lot with choosing the right pieces, plus she is super attentive, helpful and friendly!

Kaitlyn gave me amazing customer service today

I had an exchange to make, and unfortunately, they were out of my size. Mariana took the time to call the Burlington location and have them put it on hold there—she was totally calm under pressure even though it was crazy busy, and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me out at all. Burlington unfortunately put us on hold for half an hour before I unfortunately had to leave, but Mariana maintained great customer service throughout and was very apologetic in their behalf. The girls here always go above and beyond; I’ve had them take things off manakins so I could try them on multiple times.

I love this store! So many options to choose from. The store associate Haley was very helpful, she helped me match my outfit. She showed me different options and chose the best one that fit me!!
