Food: I always love ordering my Boba tea here, it’s probably by far my favorite location to stop by if I’m in the area. I usually get the brown sugar, milk, tea or sometimes I switch it up, but they always make the perfect amount.

Service: it’s a much younger crowd so they tend to be very nice and make sure that you have everything you need for your drink.

Ambiance: it’s so cute little café that you can sit down and hang out with your friends or go a little study. It’s a newly build interior so you can appreciate the decor.

Location accommodation: parking is not really that great as there is some side street parking and a little alleyway that you can possibly park sometimes but again it’s very limited. It’s right next to the Hanover theater, which has a parking garage right across.

Delicious strawberry milk drink and great customer service here! The person opened up early to serve us early before the show! They were really informative about giving out the drinks.

Such an amazing spot if your in Worcester and craving happiness! Taro Ice Cream is such a hit and the Dolce Milk Coffee with Milk Foam is 👌🏼🔥

Highly recommend coming here before the game or just hanging out!

We’ve been loving it here lately - prompt service and great variety of customizable bubble teas. The crème brûlée flavors are unique and quite tasty. Last time we were in we brought a card game and hung out for a while - nice welcoming atmosphere. Plus it always smells so good - next time we’ll have to grab one of the waffles. Parking can be difficult if there’s an event downtown but we haven’t had too much of an issue.

I’ve never had boba waffles before, but now it’s my all time favorite dessert! Got the brown sugar milk tea with boba & 50% sugar.. I’ll never drink any other flavor again!!!

Why are people always giving mediocre reviews for great little places? Yes, the parking could be better and maybe they don't have a "Cereal aisle" selection of product. Initially, you should be rating their service and product.
A lot of these little places fought their butt off just trying to get established and people rate them based on a lot of factors that they cannot control. Maybe just get better at being a city visitor/tenant and learn how to park and drive in Worcester?
Bottom line--This place is wonderful. My daughter and I love it. They always fill the teas up to the brim and never skimp on ingredients. The flavors are to die for and I think people are just never satisfied nowadays. 🤷‍♀

Gong cha locations consistently have great boba and the bubble waffles here taste great piping hot! The cafe itself is spacious with lots of seating and is well decorated and cozy. Staff was super friendly and efficient as well, no complaints at all!

My usual bubble tea place in Worcester. I don't drink bubble tea prepared from powder mix because it tastes like chemicals and chalky powder. This is one of Authentic Taiwanese Bubble (tapioca pearls aka boba and bubbles) tea shop. I like how I can adjust ice and sweetness level. I can also add toppings to hot tea (common in Taiwanese cafes) so it's perfect in cold weather) Bubble tea made out of flavor powders is fake and a lot of places (often in Asian restaurants) are like that. But Gong Cha, OneZo and Kung Fu seem okay to me so far. In addition, bubble wrap shaped waffles are delicious. I like trying their seasonal items and new flavors. Since it's practically in Worcester downtown, parking can be tricky. There is a 15 minute pick up parking area available right behind the building).

First of all, The Feels was playing by TWICE when we walked in and that's an awesome K-Pop song. We ordered 3 drinks and they were all amazing. I ordered a specialty drink that had brown sugar in it with regular boba. Definitely a favorite.

Everybody have fun tonight! Everybody Gong Cha tonight! Or whenever they are open! Now I'm not what you would call a connoisseur of drinks. Not much experience with the concept in general. I run more dry than most. I haven't been tested it's just what I've been told. So! Going into a place that is mostly drinks?? Let's just say that definitely took me off balance! But the staff definitely was a sturdying force and quickly leveled me out! If I can be honest, I'm not sure what I got! But it was great and something special! First it was in a plastic cup. A PLASTIC CUP??! I was like "whoa.....I ain't no millionaire!" But they assured me that the plastic cup was firstly NO EXTRA CHARGE(!!!) and I could take it with me!! Turns out not just me, but anyone who gets something there can take it outside with them and don't have to bring it back! Uuuhhhhh....I think I love drink places!! So I didn't see any bubbles but the drinks had small round foods in them. They give you a bigger than normal straw to eat them. More on how to use it later I'm sure! So yeah! Take Charge and take Cha!

Also when I was in highschool I used to pull my eyebrows out, but I got over that!

I been to many Gong Cha chains, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite one. It is right across from the Hanover Theater so you can grab a quick drink after a show.

Every time I have been here, the service has been quick and efficient. The décor is also really nice, as you can sit and chat with your friends for hours.

This place has some tasty boba, I have to say. We got taro and a dirty brown sugar boba with milk foam. The brown sugar boba was good if you have a sweet tooth. We also got a delectable waffle, 5/5. The ambience is nice inside. They have a million different kinds. Street parking, good luck.

So the parking had me pause- it was a little awkward and I circled around twice, but walking inside I was impressed with the general feel of the space. Now, here I am, sipping what could easily be the best milk tea I have ever tried.

Decided to give gong cha another try.

The deco and ambiance of this gong cha is pretty good. A lot of seating area and CLEAN.

I love this place more than myself. I always get two drinks: Honey Green Tea w/ white pearls and Peach Slush w/ milk foam + star jelly. both are are so yummy. if you aren't really into the more natural drinks I recommend getting the peach drink. if you want to try a more natural drink I recommend the honey green tea one because it's still sweet and if you don't like that one I fear something is wrong with your taste buds, but who am I to judge?? anyway love this place it's so yum.

One of the best bubble tea I have tasted! The strawberry milk tea is delicious- you can tell they use actually strawberries. Will come back once in the area again!

I absolutely love this shop. The atmosphere and the drinks are amazing. My husband and I go here weekly for the delicious creme brule strawberry late... It is to die for!

Have tried the strawberry and the caramel milk tea. But we are very good..

I tried all the top 10 so far. They are all very very good, my favorite one is earl grey milk tea. Tristan took my order, he was nice. Although the line was super long but the tea made up for it. Will be back for more tea!!
