On the beach, watch the sunset with some of the best food you can get on the Oregon coast. The Elk burger was the best I've ever had by adding oyster sauce on top. Really the best burger ever. Thank you!. Take a drive along the Oregon Coast and stop here for sure.

This restaurant far exceeded expectations. It was recommended by the host at Silver Sands motel. We were there during Happy Hour and were able to sample a number of dishes including the steamer clams. Everything was yummy. Our server gave us the best cocktail recommendation that I didn’t get the name of but was lavender in color with a cherry and mint. The cook knows what they are doing too. Clam chowder is usually how I judge a coastal restaurant and a cup of that was its own cup of clam chowder nirvana with a few well proportioned chunks of potato to give extra heft. The restaurant is on the beach with ocean views and I’m happy we chose to be seated in the bar area, a warmly lit bar with an enclosed patio with panoramic ocean views.

Delicious clam chowder. It was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were deeeelicious! It was cute to have dogs being able to join you on the beautiful outside eating area. And the view was so incredible!

A bit pricey but we believe it is worth it. We got the fish tacos and Halibut special. Both were amazing. Probably the best fish tacos I've ever had. My husband also hot the osyter shooter's and said they were really really good. The sound of the waves in the background is so soothing. Highly recommend!

Easily the BEST fried oysters I've ever had! I'm an oyster fanatic, raw, fried, baked, Buffalo oysters, the whole kit and caboodle.

The breading on the oysters were like a tempura, but not as delicate, just tasty. The breading alone was delicious.

The oysters themselves are the product of that beautiful, cold, clean, northern Pacific water which is hard to duplicate anywhere in the world. They were large, juicy, and flavorful. My mouth is watering just thinking about them right now.

My only regret was not having enough room to ordering more, but I will most definitely be going back as soon as I return to Rockaway Beach.

We sat outside and ate a tasty meal. The ocean view was great! There was a ground Squirrel who was quite entertaining.

My daughter and I have been to more than enough restaurants to know when one is top of the line. And I mean exquisite. Las Vegas/Greece/Spain restaurants. This one by far the best flavor and presentation was beyond what even the fanciest restaurant could offer. The taste was immaculate. The service was charming and warm-hearted, I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was too good to pass up. Thank you for having us, you’ll see us again soon! I wish I had gotten a better photo is all I can say!

Edit: we just had the pleasure of eating and drinking at Sand Dollar and Sean (Shawn) was so friendly and attentive. The views are amazing, food and drinks wonderful, easy parking. No wonder we keep coming back here so often.

Excellent food, and the best possible view of Rockaway Beach. Easy parking too.

My wife and I have driven by this place countless times and it didn't seem like much. Recently as we drove in the beach parking lot we decided to give it a go.

Stephanie was our waitress and was outstanding and woke the place up. The interior of the restaurant is completely different than the exterior with great views and updated interior.

I had the shrimp tacos , my wife the fish with garlic fries and a Elk Slider for sides. The food was not slapped on the dish and was prepared and presented accordingly.

The other waitress on hand was also very nice and both waitresses took time for great conversations. I felt the food was FAR above what I expected and am going to visit again to explore the rest of the menu.

I am so thankful that I found this gem of a restaurant.The server was kind and charming, the view was beautiful, and the food was fabulous! I had to refrain from licking the plate, and can't wait to have my leftovers for lunch. I had the catch of the day and lemon meringue cheesecake. Thank you for the best meal I have had in a long time! 🙏

Very nice menu. Food is quality and fresh. Don't let the outside fool you, the menu is great and chefs do an excellent job preparing food! Servers are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Beautiful ocean front view available as well. When there is nice weather, the outside seating overlooks the beach. Great spot!

Absolutely amazing food. Our server was so sweet. It's just a little place by the ocean, don't let the looks fool you. You won't be disappointed. Yum yum yum!!

Happened on a gem here on the Oregon Coast in Rockaway Beach. There's amazing views and excellent food. Plus the staff was warm, attentive and kind + professional. Aces!

Really awesome hidden gem! Food is delicious and drinks are creative and tasty! Sitting in the back bar is a must! excellent view of the water! We had a really friendly server too!!

The staff, Jose, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Jose had a smile on his face and willing to answer all our questions. The garlic feta fries were very good, but if you don't enjoy salt it could be a bit much. The cod fish was tasty and juicy, but the fries were a little bland after the garlic feta fries. The chicken paprishka was a good stew. The chicken BLT with bacon dipped in egg batter, which was tasty. The limited white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was good. The salted caramel cookie was already prepackaged and was decent. I prefer more of a salty caramel. The banana cake swirl was like a bread with chocolate swirl.

Cute spot with views from almost every seat. Nice service and good food! Homemade sauces and good prices on the house wine! Enjoyed a burger and a fish special. Both excellent!

Great location on the beach in a relaxed town. The fried oysters were so good. I have visited a lot of places and love to get oysters and I might have to say this may top the list. I went back just for more oysters again before we left. The other food (fish and chips and gumbo) my husband and son got was also good. Service was great.

I cannot express exactly how great this place is cause no words really express. We had the most amazing dinner here ever. Everything our table got was exquisite and the server was so incredible. We asked to speak with her manager and got to tell them how much we appreciated the awesome experience here. They even stayed open late for us til we could finish our meals. I will certainly be visiting again as soon as conceivably possible 💕

Fantastic views of the coast when sitting on the outdoor patio. We were seated and waited on quickly. Our waiter was especially prompt, precise, and very nice. We both tried the fish and chips (tuna and rock fish), and were very tasty! Great spot to stop.

The food here is amazing, even reheated later at home. The staff were great and the atmosphere was comfy and relaxing. I always come out to Rockaway and I’ll definitely come back here for dinner.
