U-Haul Storage of Gresham

The van was clean, ready to go and easy to handle. The mobile pickup process did not go well. Ahead of the pickup time, I had set up an account and entered my driver's license number. While at the U-Haul lot, the app still required a lot more. It would have been better to enter ID photos and the additional contact's information before picking up the van. That said, your employee, Wesley, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in getting us on the road. The mobile check-out process was great.

I enjoy the good attitudes of most of the employees. They are all willing to help and assist with your moving details and pretty much any type of moving truck to van they have it all and also will set up your vehicle to tow. They are just your one stop place for any type of moving that you may need. Been a customer going on 3 years now.

Just want to give a shout out to Mike and Alex for their great customer service when they were being absolutely destroyed busy. And an extra thank you to Mike for clocking back on from his lunch early to help to with everyone's needs.

The only issue is your parking situation, but, understandably, that can’t be fixed easily. The two guys that helped me check in and close out were helpful, friendly and efficient. I will continue to be a customer at the Gresham location

This place rocks, Ryan is the best. I had a horrible experience with the other uhaul in Gresham where they didn’t know what they were talking about and gave me the wrong truck couldn’t even tow my trailer even though they said it would fit. They also said I couldn’t get a refund from them and they told me to take my problems to the other place. As soon as I walked in they told me they could refund it they would just take them a sec. They were able to just find a truck that would work and just changed the contract within like 15 min. Great and professional place

I just had an incredibly stressful moving week personally, and my experience with the team over at Uhaul was on the last day of my hellish week. Needless to say, I was scatter brained & disorganized. The entire Uhaul team approached & communicated with smiles, respectful transparency, and a willingness to help that was extremely refreshing. Staff were gracious enough to be flexible with my crazy moving schedule, and I was reassured that moving can in fact be stressful!! However, it was made clear they were determined to take any stress out of it as much & as often as possible; they were always prepared & customer focused. The rented vehicle was in nearly new condition, very clean, the AC worked, the stereo offered a USB for my music, and also included a backup camera which was very helpful. Not to mention check in/pick up was a breeze. They truly assisted me in a way that wasn’t pushy or salesman like - they enjoyed helping just to help, and at the drop of a hat. An EXTRA SPECIAL shout out to Dustin, who was eager to assist at my drop off. He was very accommodating, funny & had great stories as well as advice. His attentive customer service & kindness were the perfect send off to lift my spirits. THANK YOU!!!

I have rented several times at this location. I have never been disappointed. This location has the best U-Haul services that I have ever experienced. Great people are working here. Thank you.

They have excellent customer service. It’s a prompt in and out when renting at this location & the trucks are well maintained.

After reserving a truck online, I went to pick it up and Bill set me up with an awesome deal. He saved me about $170 on the rental, and cut the mileage rate in half. Really appreciate the help! Do yourself a favor and double-check with these fine folks before you commit online to any contracts.

Everyone at this location has been stellar in helping us with different moves. Went out of their way to fix a fuse problem with our trailer hitch, made in-store reservation changes to accommodate our needs, and great service over the phone too. Highly recommend this location.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to rent a truck through two different U-Hauls. I ended up in Gresham and Hugh was so patient with me and helped in every way he could. Although a terrible experience with U-Haul, my experience at this store was really great.

The employees are great to work with and always polite! I have rented many times through them and never had any issues. Will keep coming back!

I reserved a 12' trailer to haul something and this included coordinating schedules with the person who sold me the object and the vendor who was going to take it and finish it for me after picking it up. Arranging all 3 things on a weekend took some doing, so it was really upsetting to show up at Uhaul to discover that they didn't have the trailer I reserved. The problem was that the prior renter hadn't returned it. They called that other renter, found out that he wouldn't be returning it for a long time, and were very apologetic to me. I made some several calls and was able to coordinate everyone on my end again for the next day. It cost me a little more and that was frustrating, but at least it was going to work out and the folks at Uhaul scheduled my new reservation. I showed up the next day and everything went smoothly. The staff there apologized again, discounted my rental by 30%, and were very friendly. The problem I had wasn't their fault - they can't control a person not returning a rental when they are supposed to - but they took care of it the best they could. Renting moving equipment can be a pain, and this location is large and busy, but my experience there was personal and fantastic.

Always great experience here! Transactions are smooth, vehicles are in good condition, and helpful friendly staff!

Staff is kind, courteous, and accommodating, all services I've received have been top notch. They made my cross-country move easy peasy and hassle free. This location is also very easily accessible, not far from the interstate and not difficult to locate. If you're looking for a short term (or longer term) storage solution then I would recommend looking into what this place has to offer.

WOW ... I have used this u haul place before and honestly , I feel like it gets better everytime !!
Michelle took care of me ... I believe she went way above and beyond her duties in customer care. Very knowledgeable and let me know about things I didn't know any other times before. AND what an amazing smile and greeting first thing at 7am to be presented with and carry the entire time.

Bill Stone and his crew are top notch. I'm a long distance mover and use U Haul everywhere I need to shuttle a load in. The Gresham guys are by far one of the best I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them.
