I’m young and didn’t have any credit and this place was my first option to go look for a car. Found a perfect one for me. They were so helpful and walked me through all the steps. They have great communication with me about payments and regular maintenance needs. They also offer free oil changes and that’s hard to come by. But overall great, helpful, friendly, and respectful people. If you are looking for a car and have little to no credit, this is the place to go!!

Took me a few months to find a car that met my picky expectations. But each time I stopped in to test drive something, everyone was always super great to work with. No one pushed me into a car. It was very much all on me. ( I mean that in a good way. That I could take my time, drive them on my own and my questions were answered ) The financing process was very well explained. They offer their own warranty (limited) which they do hold up to and offer the option to buy your own. Free oil changes every 3k miles. This is my first time using a BHPH option and so far they’ve been great to work with.

I bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox here in May which I LOVED, since then cold weather cracked my radiator and I am having some issues with the car, in and out of mechanics, etc. Which is circumstantial caused by weather and not the fault of the dealership at all! I called the dealership and spoke with a very nice gentleman. As I was speaking to him, he was relatable and so nice! He said he would call me back with some options to either get the repairs done, or help me to possibly trade it in for something else. (Which I am still waiting on today) I was so stressed when I initially called and he really did a great job at making me feel a little better in a cruddy situation. 10 out of 10 service almost every time I have been here, so I wanted to post a review to express how awesome this customer service is! Here is to hoping they follow through in helping me as I believe they will, if so, total customer for life!

Honest quality dealers had bought a 1998 Ford mustang from them and it ran me for years getting a 2012 Buick Lacrosse premium today and it feels wonderful to be able to come back to the #1 dealer I can trust

This the 2nd time we have bought a vehicle form Buckeye Motor. We have never had any issues arise with the vehicle. We do the regular maintenance and they offer free oil changes for you. The service is friendly and always ready to work on getting you a vehicle.

I had a great experience from start to finish with the process of finding a car and then getting it financed and driving off the lot. They kept their word on the 28 day warranty. We had a few frustrations/ hiccups in the beginning with the same part malfunctioning but they stayed on top of it and continued to cover the costs even outside of the 28 days since the problem was ongoing since purchase and started before the warranty was up. I’ll have to say I was really nervous to work with a small business and used car lot as I have been burned by these types of businesses many times in the past. But, I am very happy with my decision thus far! I had less than perfect credit and needed to go this route for that reason. They got me in a nice, reliable car for a reasonable price and always have been honest. Everyone in the office is nice and easy to talk to. Out of many, many car purchases over the years, this place is now #1 in my top 3 car buying experiences!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Buckeye Motors && Ive had a great experience both cars. They care about the cars, & care about what you like & don’t force you to anything. Plus they do free oil changes every 3,000 miles, which saves a bit of money. I would recommend everyone to go to them. They’re AMAZING!
