Laid back and great food. Ate on the bar side and it was a good spot to grab a bite before moving on to the next destination. Food was perfect, and portions were just right. Best fish sandwich and fried shrimp in the area. Not greasy and the breading was nice and light. Nothing fancy or over the top that ruins something good. We even played KENO!

This place is iconic. The food is fantastic. The service is fabulous and it's clean great atmosphere. If anyone knows floramouse in Chelsea we'll this is that version in Salem. I gave it 5 stars it deserves 10 plus stars. U gotta come here the minute u get here and eat u will fall in love trust me.

This is one of the best, mostly kept secrets on the north shore. Service is consistent and so is the food. Lots of Italian dishes and the pizza is the best on the menu. Seafood dishes and specials round out the menu so there is always something for everyone. It is worth a try if you are not already a regular customer of about 50 years similar to me.

Great family owned and run Italian restaurant. The kind of place where the chef is an owner and eats there with the extended family. Super loyal following for decades. Have been going there since childhood. Chicken parm is the best. Super friendly staff, many of whom have been there forever. A must do place.

Was recommended to try Bertini's after a day touring Salem. Everything we tried (chicken parmigiana, pizza and spaghetti with meat sauce+ cocktails) was fantastic. Try the Chocolate monkey cocktail for dessert. Portions are large and easily shareable. Don't hesitate to eat here. Super friendly staff and yummy Italian dishes, what more could you want.

Staff of super friendly and happy. It was very chill place to grab a quick bite. Pizza was excellent but the fries were incredible. I completely go and have lunch there again

This place may be stuck in an age from 40 years ago but the prices also convey that memo. Their chicken picatta was perfection and their pizza is yummy! Steak tips are great too.

Great old school place. Prefer the bar, generally a little darker and quieter. What made our night most recently is spilled some sauce on my shirt. Before I could get napkin waitress came by with extra napkins and soda water. Great service and appreciate the attention to detail.

The best part of Bertini's is the customer service. We always eat on the bar side and we love Lynn, our waitress!. She knows everyone's orders! We love their eggplant, crispy pizza! And the tapped beer is always cold!

The pizza was wonderful. Slight crunch to the crust bottom with fluffy crust in general. Chicken pizziaola was also great according to my husband. Service was awesome. I would recommend this to my friends!

Family RESTAURANT, nice people family environment and really good food waitresses are sweet ! There is a waitress that's very kind and caring ❤ I think her name is Ashley. She's a wonderful girl!

I have been eating Bertini's for 50 years. It's a wonderful family restaurant that not only does pizza and spaghetti, but tons of other things too..
No matter what you get, it's delish. Hands down the best tomato sauce I have ever had.

Always a great meal and great service!! We've been eating at Bert's since I was a little kid, and I always make it a stop on my trips home. Baked haddock today A+

Bertini's is a fixture in Salem that I have visited several times. Tonight they had a choice of Prime rib with a seafood casserole. The rib was cooked to perfection. Tender, nicely seasoned and large. The seafood casserole was very tasty, served with drawn butter and 2 sides. Emily was our server, and she was thorough and personable. Absolutely recommend a visit. I have also enjoyed their Italian selections.

I don't know if I love it because I grew up on it or if it's really good. Lol food is delicious and very consistent. My husband loves the pizza and he's from NY.

Two friends and I went on a Monday night and it was pretty quiet so the service was quick but very nice. The food is always good and reasonably priced.
