CVS

I cannot express how grateful I am for this minute clinic. Lately my doctors office has been ridiculous trying to get an appointment. I tried this the 1st time when my daughter had the flu then my son had a sore throat. Today I had a tooth issue. All 3 times it was fast to book an appointment. The doctors and n.p's are courteous, kind,knowledgeable. They were able to diagnosed and prescribe any necessary medications. The place is nice and clean. But the medical staff is seriously exceptional!!!!

Although I only use local, private Village Pharmacy for prescriptions, I travel the extra miles to this CVS, not the closest CVS to my home, because of the staff and service. Yes, I wish it was one of the larger stores, but the manager and staff make it worth the drive.

I have been shopping at this store #7109 for little over 3 years .I never had any bad experiences at this store . All the employees are amazing ,friendly & hardworkers & that’s why I continue to shop here. They are all so helpful if I need help.They go out there way to help u . They make me feel comfortable .ALL OF U ARE AMAZING !!!

love the public clean restroom,friendly service..and also have great styles in nails...pharmacy technicians are very helpful as well!!!

Caring and efficient staff — I was helped by Tina, Samarah, and a very kind pharmacist. I will forever be grateful for being able to get the COVID vaccine here! Thank you.

Great CVS with the Pharmacy when I need them most.

Great people and great products. Convenient hours and location! 👍👍 Would definitely recommend the text notifications for the pharmacy it’s super helpful.

The cashiers are always so nice and the pharmacy workers are help me with lots of questions.

Great store, they have lots of variety there for a convenient store, short walking distance from where I live, good prices, and great staff. 5 stars.

There isn’t a pharmacy that I go to where the staff doesn’t completely make me feel like I’m personally stressing them out. But one worker stands out at the Canal St CVS in Salem in the pharmacy department. Her name is Genesis. She is everything that you want in a pharmacy technician. She treats each customer Individually and politely. She’s friendly while remaining professional. She always puts on a happy face and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her.. And she gets as busy as anybody else but when she gets busy, she gets a good attitude in gear and digs in. When she’s present, her other coworkers have better attitudes and work better.. When she’s not there, it feels as if the machine has lost a wheel. When I go to the pharmacy, any pharmacy, I’m always made to feel like I’m a problem. But when I see Genesis behind the counter, I know it’s all gonna be all right.. I know I’m gonna get helped with a friendly attitude that I wish everybody had. I am going as far as to say that Genesis is most likely, not only the best pharmacy technician in CVS, But the best pharmacy technician I’ve ever experienced. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

The line were actually slow this time, everyone was very spaced out. As always the staff is very friendly, and they offer free hand sanitizer when you check out. They also have a divider between you and the cashier.
