These guys get it!! Furniture is expensive. It’s a big decision. Steve is amazing and helped us immensely. Honestly, he goes above and beyond and you feel like he is your own dedicated representative. He will focus on your needs and not try to sell you things you don’t need. The manager of this location is superb as well! She gets it. I really don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. They pretty much have all of the options you need, and great prices and service. Don’t hesitate to ask if there is something you don’t see or if a price doesn’t meet your budget. You never know unless you ask!

We bought a king bed at the Mesa Mega Furniture store, and were helped by Steve. The bed was in stock, and we were able to schedule a delivery to have the bed assembled at our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful as we browsed. The buying process was seamless, and he was very personable! A very pleasant interaction and we would recommend seeing Steve for your furniture buying needs!

We have been into multiple furniture stores looking for a loveseat to fit into our RV. Everyplace we have been to has been a flat out "no, we don't have anything to fit those measurements" and they basically walk away and forget us. We walked into mesa mega furniture and Steve was there to greet us. We told him what we were looking for and he diligently looked and helped us find something that would work with the measurements we had available. It took some work, but he was kind and very very helpful. He was pleasant to be with and we would definitely go back and work with him again. THANK YOU STEVE!

We went looking for a sectional and loved all the options, we fell in love with a gray sectional and to our surprise it was an amazing deal we had to get it! We set it up for delivery and are in love! Fast costumer Sevice, friendly staff and they were training someone who was super friendly and fast as well.

Today my boyfriend and I went mattress shopping and we went to mattress firm first and just wasn’t feeling it. So as we were driving home we saw the sign for mega furniture store and decided to take a chance and go there!

Im so happy that we did too!! Mike W was absolutely phenomenal!!! He helped us pick the best mattress for both Jeremy and I and we had a lot of great stories to share. Had a great experience at the Mesa location. My mom and I were hesitant at first due to the pricing, but Steve took good care of us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. So we decided to take advantage of their 40% sale and purchased a love seat and table. 100% on customer service. They will match your donation to breast cancer and add another 10% off.

Mike did a fabulous job of pointing us in the right direction and giving us room to browse and wait until we were ready to talk details. No high pressure but highly informative, pleasant and so easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were shopping around for new living room furniture stopped in at the Mega furniture store in Mesa. Got to speak to Steve after walking around. Of course I picked out the most expensive couch on the floor. He was excellent with us as far as just gave us all the information that we need to know, didn’t pressure us and guess what we’re back four days later we are here to purchase our new living room set. Our experience at mega furniture store in Mesa was very good. We were greeted promptly by Steve, a sales representative and he showed us the furniture that we were interested in. He explained to us that he had other customers but he would be right back. We looked at other furniture in the store, took measurements and it even borrowed the tape measure from the manager. Steve took care of his customers and came back to us. He explained everything in detail. The furniture was in stock, the guardian service protection plan , delivery options, and holding the furniture for us until we could get ready for it. Buying the new furniture and everything worked out very well. Steve was a pleasure to work with.

I went to Mega Furniture in Mesa AZ. I was looking for an item that was floor sample I saw in another Mega Furniture store. I decided I really wanted that piece of furniture. I did not have a picture or name of item. The entire staff of the store moved mountains.. made phone calls ... went above and beyond to find the the name of item and a picture to make sure it was the right item . Success. Dist Mgr Mark, Store Mgr Jake, Salesman Mike and Salesman Makona are "Rock Stars". I am an extremely happy customer. Got a great deal also. Will be back to shop there again.
