I bought a car from Highline around the holidays. It has been 6 months since then and I have had 0 problems with it so far and it’s the best car I’ve owned. The experience was fantastic for me overall and I believe the price was very fair and Cole was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process stress free and easy!

Cole helped me out with getting into a newer G37, really nice guy and he's straightforward with all your needs and requests.

Cole is fantastic! I called on a Friday to look at a pickup and he had me down for a test drive the following morning. Had it for about a week now and everything is fantastic. Cole was communicative the entire time, got me some info to help find me my best rate for a first time buyer, made the paperwork super easy and explained the entire process for an out-of-state purchase. New store. Individual I talked could not have been nicer to deal with. Right now stock is low, but it's a new place. Give it time and it will fill in. The vehicles on the lot seemd quite nice.

My purchase it easy no hassle

Bought a Jeep from this dealership earlier this year.
Cole provided very responsive and attentive service. I was impressed with the level of customer service. I had some questions about the service history of the Jeep and also the low stance.

Cole assured me that the vehicle had been serviced by a reputable mechanic and that 'a lot of money' had been invested in replacing parts for the front end, including new suspension. I was hesitant because when I drove it I thought I heard a strut bang. Cole assured me that the low front angle was normal for the newer jeep and the noise I heard was just due to the oversize tires. He confirmed that he had taken the vehicle back to the mechanic to address all my concerns.

Turns out that after I purchased the vehicle the front end continued to sink lower. I called and inform Cole of what was happening. His response was that the vehicle had passed inspection and it was my responsibility to fix any issues since it was several months beyond the sale date.

I took the Jeep to a certified Jeep dealership and they informed me that the front end had indeed been worked on but the issues had not been resolved. There was a list of below standard parts replaced in the front end. Standard parts were missing and the suspension was not even close to OEM standards.

It is possible that Cole did not know this and that his auto shop was giving him bad advice. I do doubt that, but it is possible. The refusal to look into or take responsibility for the shoddy work that was done on the vehicle, however, is inexcusable.

Turns out Cole IS the stereotypical used car dealer after all. I would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. They sold me a car knowing that it would need thousands of dollars in repairs that were immanent and unavoidable. Shameful!!!
