Fantastic array of scrumptious burgers, each more captivating and drool worthy than the next! Mumbo fries were tasty and the King shake was awesome! Highly suggested for a lunch or dinner while in Salem. Very delicious meal!

Went to Salem in Feb 2024. We ended up at Boston Burger Company by chance, and it was the best burgers my husband and I had. It was so good that we Door Dashed it the following night. We had Killer Bee and Big Papi the first night, and Mac Attack and Waikiki Beach the 2nd night. All the burgers were so good. I haven't been right since coming home to CA, In N Out just isn't the same.

My daughter is vegetarian and here we are walking into a Burger Bar. Let me tell you, THIS place has the burger options!! Vegetarian? No problem. Beef Alternatives? Non problem!! There were so many I wanted to try.

I went with their classic burger. I wanted to see if they could make a good burger without all the fluff and they can! The beef had good flavor, bun was good ...my only two complaints was, I didn't like the shredded iceberg lettuce. I felt it took away from the burger and made it cheap. The second complaint I had was...as I was eating a long, I kept craving a good pickle. It needs a good dill spear on the side.

Now let's talk about my daughter's burger. I was like.... huh? When she got it, but man was it good. The veggie pattie was flavorful and had nice substance to it. Definitely one of the better veggie patties in a restaurant we have had. Hers was topped with apples and the combination was beautiful and delicious. This made me want to try their turkey burger with stuffing. So, if you are reading this .....try that bad boy!

Their beans were good and so were their house made chips. Both are nice compliments to the burgers.

Service was good as well. I highly recommend this place when you are in town!

Hands down our absolute favorite meal during our trip to Salem, Massachusetts. 5 stars all around for food, atmosphere, service and location. I had the Killer Bee and it was delicious. My spouse and child also loved their burgers! Our waitress was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back during our next trip.

Food was delicious!!! Service was a little off. The first waiter brought us water and completely forgot about us. After 20 minutes waiting and seeing everybody that sat after us being served we almost left but a second employee came through and quickly took our order. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome. The hamburger with goat cheese and prosciutto is fantastic!!!

I usually don't like to eat out because I cook and like to balance the food and season it well. Most restaurants don't always do this. Or even treat the sides as an after thought. Not so with these guys. Everything was delicious and fresh. Full of flavor and well seasoned. Just the right amount of zing in the salad dressing and Cole slaw. Strong potato flavor in the chips and big beefy flavor in the burgers. I highly recommend from a picky cook.

The burgers here are amazing. There are a number of options, so you can literally have a burger anyway you want it.

One of the best burger I have ever tried.
High reccomend, the special "The Gravy Train" and the 420 Burger.

Loved it! I got the Roots burger and the chocolate peanut butter banana frappe, they were fantastic. My friend got a sampler and I tried the chicken and fried Mac and cheese balls, they were delicious. :)

Came out to visit Salem with my husband from the Bay Area in CA. The server was super sweet and attentive. The manager even came up to talk to us and was so kind. The food was delicious , some of the best burgers we’ve had! The shake was amazing! The hospitality was beyond appreciated and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

The food is fantastic! My burger (the killer bee) was so damn good, and my wife (who barely finishes anything) smashed her entire Boston Burger. The dessert (Dough My Goodness) was just simply awesome. The atmosphere is great and the people are very courteous. Highly recommend eating at this establishment.

Good service, and a nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy and good meal together. We left so stuffed and enjoyed our appetizer, meals and shake.

Very very good. Definitely worth it for the price. My boyfriend almost started crying his burger was so good lmao. I got the mac attack burger and he got the whiskey tango foxtrot burger. I also had the thirst trap drink which i enjoyed as well. We were so full we didn’t get to have dessert but my mom went later and said the shakes were amazing.

Bianca took care of us, great service. The music was perfect, plus de food.. next time on Salem, I’ll come back for sure! Notice the deal they have between 4:20pm - 5:00pm, for weekdays, the burger you guys are seeing on the pictures, was only $4:20! Also, good lemonade and pretty affordable compared with the near business.. 🍔

Had the boneless wings with wicked sauce they tasted good but I really expected them to be hotter than Tabasco.

Such incredible food! Everything came exactly as ordered. Great atmosphere and the service was top notch!

The pork mac and cheese egg rolls were amazing and the burger, tho was well done and not medium as ordered, was amazing. It still was not disappointing in the slightest. Definitely recommend. (Be prepared for tourist town prices though, but worth the money)

Food was amazing! You will most likely be too full for dessert, so order dessert ahead and split it between everyone at the table. Service was fast!

Great last minute service. I hate ordering just before closing but everyone was fine with it. The service Kendra was very sweet and offered service. Food was awesome. The pilgrim turkey burger, needed a tad more cranberry mayo but was still great. Chips are great. Murals on the walls are a great back drop to Salem but plays with food concept. Music isn't too loud. Great place for family!! Try it. Selection is great. I also had a beer but great prices as well.

We decided to go here for dinner, the food was amazing. Super filling. Then we came back for desert two other times. Colleen was amazing, helping us all 3 times. Next time we make it back up this way we will most definitely be back. I have been telling everyone I know that is going to be visiting Salem to go here to eat.
