First time having my breakfast here, it will NOT be my last time! I ordered the pork pie breakfast special and it was so so good!!! The plate had a good sized slice of pork pie, 2 scrambled eggs, homefries and white toast. I can't remember the last time I had breakfast anywhere that the toast was hot, but Pat's nailed it. From first bite to last, a perfect Friday morning breakfast experience.

I live around the corner from Pat's and if I could be there everyday I would. They have the best comfort food around. Friendly waitresses who make you feel like you're at home. Cozy, incredibly inviting environment, and some damn good food. Order anything you cant go wrong!!!!!!!

We love finding a good old dinner and this is one for sure!

Interestingly enough, this is located just a few miles from where I grew up, but never knew of it until visiting "back home" with the husband 😁

We now make a point to stop here at least once when we visit the area.

Staff is always welcoming and you'll usually find the owner there. Breakfast is good and the grilled english muffins are the best!

They only take cash, so keep that in mind.

Great place to stop before you go to the beach. Good food, menu, and service. Friendly staff, making sure your coffee is full, etc. Definitely will be back with the guys Sunday mornings on our bike ride.

You know the old saying “ don’t judge a book by its cover” well... don’t! This outstanding little joint, nestled in a sleepy New England town caught me off guard.
Pat’s Diner is one of the best in the area. The food is clean, ingredients fresh and the
cooking - top notch.
My only complaint - they’re not open for dinner.

It's one of my favorite places on the way to Salisbury and Hampton Beach. Hope to go and stay for a whole week, before the Summer ends.

If you want home made food then there no where better than Pats all employees are great and they make you feel like home. You will be full and happy once you leave there. Also as a owner of a business in the same town I've been to all the diners around the area and nothing comes close to pats diner

My husband and I love this place. The food is always amazing and everyone is so friendly. You'll only need to go there once and it will become your go to breakfast place.

Looks like a dive but parking was great so took a chance & loved it. PAT is a sweet older lady, great waitresses, our daughter got strawberry shortcake as breakfast and was estatic our omelet & traditional breakfasts were extremely good & coffee was great.

Always a pleasure to stop here. Good food and service. We stopped in with a group of 20 before we go deep-sea fishing out of Hampton and they always accommodate us first thing in the morning

Very friendly family run home cooked food. Good prices and bigserving. They have a juke box as well. Eager to please. Great service as well. You couldnt ask for more.

Great breakfast! Our new favorite place for breakfast in Salisbury Beach. Waitresses we're very friendly and the food was excellent.

I will always support a FAMILY restaurant, the people are sweet, the food is great and if there is something not right they will take care of u no problem. 5 stars for me can't wait to go back

The food is always great in this old fashion diner. We always stop here on our way north. The owner Pat is really on top of things.

Pat's is a true diner with history. The food and service are great! What I found interesting is their menus. The history of the diner is on the back.
