Kayla was extremely professional, kind and very patient. Helped my fiancee and I resizing my ring. There was a few systems glitches, but we got through it. I recommend the Peabody store as the other stores are either not as attentive or very pushy. The Peabody store really put me at ease and made my experience a great experience!

Come into this store to resolve an issue from another store. Danna took care of us and really cared to make things right. She also helped as I searched for new jewelry.

Danah helped me order a watch online and it arrived at the store 3 days early. When I got to the store Danah was on the phone but Meena was quick to help me. We determined I would need one OR two links removed from the band. Danah became available and together they removed one link - it was tricky. Still a little loose, so they removed another link and then Jacob adjusted the latch a couple times for me. Finally I removed the plastic and asked for one last adjustment. Great teamwork! All 3 employees were very patient and they got it just right. I’ll certainly be shopping here again in the future especially with the fast and free shipping, easy return policy if it doesn’t work out, and large online selection beyond what’s in the store. I’m glad I happened upon the watch online and found a store to order in through that happens to be in the Mall I frequent weekly. Thanks again everyone!
