Best starbucks. Sucks so far away from me thou...customer service was great Frappuccino where spot on...thank you to the 2 working ladies yesterday. So sweet and fast...thank you guys just sucks you got to pay to park to..

One of the nicer Starbucks in Metro North. Very clean seating area and the coffee supplies i.e half&half and sugars are always well stocked.

Most impressively, the baristas recognize and will remember your order. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Love my Salem Starbucks

Visited for the first time today. The employees were so nice and welcoming. :)

Had the most delicious latte! Service was great. The only downfall was no bathroom at this location.

This Starbucks has awesome customer service. My husband went to pick up my mobile order and barista was super nice. He made my husband feel welcome and made sure my drink was correct. I thought they made my drink incorrect, so I went back and told them I wanted White mocha not Mocha without hesitation they remade my drink immediately. When I saw the what I order it was my fault for not checking off white mocha. It was entirely my fault. Sorry! They were so nice about the whole situation. My other drink came out great and delicious. Thank you for putting up with my poor attitude. This Starbucks is A+.

The staff is extremely friendly and works hard to get drink orders perfect as well as make suggestions & learn regulars names. One of the managers, Matt is fantastic & Will is great too.

My only complaint is the store manager, Heather, having a very short memory. My boyfriend and I spend a decent amount of money there consistently for a while. We stopped going for a little bit. We went back being in the neighborhood and she was a bit rude saying the bathrooms are for paying customers. How quickly we forget...

This is my favorite Starbucks. It helps that the location is convenient to me, but also everyone who works here is very kind and considerate. My drinks are made well every time. Love this place.

Very pleasant & great customer service-very thorough

The lot for this Starbucks is a paid lot, which isn't my favorite, but it's only 75 cents an hour, so not tragic. Generally a good Starbucks, less chatty and more about business, so less warm than some, but the drinks are good.

Great & friendly staff, can get busy but worth the wait, parking lot can be tight but not Starbucks fault...other businesses on site.

Very nice people. Was very, very busy in there and I didn't feel rushed or that I was bothering anybody. High volume of customers and everything flowed smoothly.

Good location right by a main parking hub that offers access to the downtown of Salem.
The baristas are friendly and courteous as you'd expect from Starbucks, and it's a convenience to have a restroom close by to town.

So I give this Starbucks a 5 mainly because of Dan.My frappachinos always come out perfect when he makes them. It’s funny I can tell when he makes them (perfectly) and when someone’s else does 😂 besides that this is one of the friendliest Starbucks around ! ❤

Everyone is so nice when I come here. Even during a rush. The staff is quick and always get my order correct.
