I used to go to haverhill but I was not getting service. Call the Amesbury office they were a 100 percent in helping me. Lisa and the gentleman at the front desk were great and polite I will only got to that office I have a little drive to get there but it was well worth it

I had a lost hearing aid replaced and the process was easy. The new device was fitted easily and quickly. The people I dealt with could not have been nicer.

Went to Hearing life Amesbury to get a bad adjustment fixed. Mitch did an excellent job got rid of feed back.
He also showed me some new hearing aids that I didn't know existed. I wound up buying a new pair.

Tina at Hearing Life was AMAZING! I was so frustrated (irate is a better word) by my experience at the Exeter location. She was able to see me at the Amesbury office, re-test my hearing, adjust my brand new hearing aids that were acting up, teach me how to use the App on my phone, and customize the sound quality on my hearing aids so that they are perfectly tuned for me. She was kind, understanding, courteous, professional, and smart. I would highly recommend going to Hearing Life in Amesbury to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and quality of care. Thank you!
