The UPS Store

The people working here are genuinely positive and kind. I'm happy to be able to depend on them. I had to get something notarized for a death and it was quick and inexpensive. Also have shipped multiple items, including a laptop was nervous about. The woman on duty made sure to show me the box and explain how it was virtually impossible for anything to shift around because of the innovative design.

The manager, Dani, is a true hustler! I’ve seen her balance multiple customers at a time, with a long line and impatient customers. She provides a great customer experience and works her butt off! I always enjoy the staff at this location, and appreciate the help. Thank you!

I came to the store on Halloween to have my broom shipped. They were all so very nice. I couldn’t find my tracking slip when I got home so I called and spoke with Danni. She was very helpful and was able to tell me where my broom was. It was so nice talking to someone who was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. She is an asset to your company.

I was impressed with the legit and intense friendliness the staff had. I don't mean fake happiness, but like a real friend trying to help you out, get that thing printed, mailed, whatever. You're all there to get something accomplished, they are there to help you get it accomplished. A real team effort. And I spoke with the one lady, maybe the owner, and she said they are a franchise, trying to do what's best for their customers in this specific Salem store location.

Fast, cheerful, helpful, succinct.I don't know what more anyone could possibly ask for from a store like this. It is very clear when a franchise stands above others and this one is a gem!

I went into the store close to closing time on Saturday afternoon with several items to return to Amazon, I was clueless. Nicole could not have been nicer. She scanned everything for me and got me out the door in less than five minutes, and was gracious and kind the entire time. She is an A+ representative.

Vanessa and Danny were so patient and understanding when I came into the Salem store. Thanks to them I can deal with the Medicare bureaucracy. Thank you!

Updated review- I visited this store today and the young woman who was working behind the counter not only was efficient and helped everyone in the store at a reasonable pace, but was also wonderfully pleasant all within the first 30 minutes of the store opening. She is a star and gave me new hope in the management of this branch. Well done!

Very quick and easy. I had to ship a package urgently for next day delivery. Shoutout to Ken who helped us get the correct shipping label for our package. He explained the whole process, and was very patient while we collected the info they needed.

I went to this UPS store because I bought a large gift that I thought was too big for my carry-on, but after talking with the owner I realized that it would be wiser in terms of cost to just toss the gift in my luggage and cover it with clothes for protection instead of shipping it across multiple states. Overall, the owner was very friendly, had a printed price list that showed all the possible expenses for shipping, and never made me feel pressured to use their services. The owner and his employees seem like good people and I would trust them to do a good job.

When I set out today, I was expecting to have to make two stops: UPS and USPS, but the customer service at UPS was fantastic and took care of all my needs! I stopped in to UPS to pick up a printing order for some USPS shipping labels, and to drop off some items for an Amazon return. When I arrived, the young gentleman who helped me had my printing order ready and had identified that my printing order was for USPS shipping labels, and had taken the initiative to place them inside those shipping cover slips that are so convenient, which meant no cutting or folding of the papers, just peel and stick to my package. He was able to receive my Amazon return without any issues, and finally offered to receive my USPS packages as well! Lastly, I was able to mail my friend some cake via ground shipping that would have it delivered by tomorrow. The cherry on top was the book of stamps I was able to purchase. I was so pleased by the experience and will make this UPS branch my go to for all my shipping needs.

Matt and Ken were super helpful, Gave me the supplies i needed to ship some rather larger and bulky items. Even boxed and wrapped some of it for me. Service was quick and easy, definitely my now go to local UPS store when i have to ship something. I was even turned away at a different store prior because they told me they didnt have any boxes big enough.

Outstanding. This is now the second consecutive time I have visited this UPS location and my experience was extremely positive I must say. Their service is first rate and the staff are extremely, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a very simple black and white print job for a flyer I designed for a friend's landscaping business. I simply uploaded a PDF and UPS printed it out. I was very pleasantly surprised with the outstanding quality and great price for the master copy (8.5 X 11) card stock and the black and white laser copies UPS made along with the master copy. I will definitely be referring other people to UPS for their printing and copying needs. And they should expect to see repeat business from me.

The new owners here are INCREDIBLE!! (The UPS Store recently took over what used to be All Pro Shipping - do yourself a favor and ignore those old reviews for this address, there is ENTIRELY new management here and they are stellar!)

Warm, friendly, helpful, honest and accurate. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door, and cheerily help every customer there.

I overnighted a computer to my IT department (something I had also previously done with All Pro - same size, weight, and destination) and it cost me HALF of what I paid last time.

Not only is the service top rate, but bonus: this place is also now totally CLEAN and organized! Which customers of old management will surely notice and appreciate.
