We had our roof replaced by MGS construction and we are so happy we did! Al and his team made the process so easy. The price they quoted was quite reasonable and there were no extra fees added on. The roof was replaced in less than 9 hours and they cleaned up our property so you would never know we had work done. We also had a one piece gutter installed, which we are very happy with. Highly recommend Al and MGS construction.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Al Guevara and his team from MGS Construction for a roof installation, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience with the team.

No more leaking roof! My carport roof developed a leak and needed replacement. Al and his team came to the rescue! I was impressed with how quickly Al was able to come out and give me a quote and really appreciate that he took the time to explain how they were going to address the problem. The foreman and the team were great and Al sent me updates during the day. My roof looks amazing, and they did it with pricing that was extremely competitive. Very happy with the quality, communication and price. Would definitely go with MGS and Al for future jobs.

We desperately needed to redo our roof and Al from MGS construction really came through for us. He offered us a reasonable price, was willing to work with us and followed up through every stage of the project. Dean was our foreman, he was outstanding as was his crew! My roof is not atypical, so each estimate I received had a slightly different approach to the project.
I was happy with one price I received and was ready to go with it.
Then Mike called, said works in the area and wants to bid the job. He combined all the nuances of the other bids and gave me a quote on site which was the lowest of all. He had concerns about the way to approach the pole the weathervane on the copula sits. Mike ran it past his foreman Rick, who had the solution.
Rick with a large crew showed up at 8:00 and went to work stripping off the old roof which was time consuming.
They started shingling and clean up before they had lunch and were done by 4:00.
The crew was very professional/coordinated and got along so well it was fun to watch and listen to them working.

I could not have hoped for better service! Al gave me an excellent experience from the start to finish. Al took the time to explain all costs, the way the project would happen, the timing, and kept me updated throughout the process from planning to cleanup. MGS also helped with financing. Al is a man of his word, work was done exactly like he said it would be, timing and all. His crew started working at 7, protected everything, moved what needed to be moved, and my roof was done by 12. They cleaned up everything after themselves and replaced what was moved like nothing happened. I strongly recommend MGS for any project and I will not hesitate a second to call them again in the future. Thank you to Al and the MGS team for the great work.

From start to finish: The company representative was fully knowledgeable as to the products, and every aspect of the roof. He was not at all pushy, just explained everything that needed to be done, and came up with a fair quote. The roofers themselves were polite, professional, and very proficient in their jobs. Their teamwork was remarkable. They completed the job as well as cleanup in the time frame that we were told. We would hire them again if ever needed, and we highly recommend this company.

After getting stiffed by an independent roofer (paid for shingles that were never delivered after being put off for a year) I hired this outfit MGS Construction. They met all their promised deadlines regarding delivery of materials and the work crew arriving at the expected start date. The sales rep Alex (very knowledgeable ) did a great job explaining the superior products by GAF as they would be applying to the roof. Ty with the crew made sure work was done correctly. Each day before leaving not a trace of trash was left behind. Once work progressed it took a day and a half to complete the job. Any damaged was flagged and fixed including new wood for bad spots and some exterior siding removed to ensure no rot and adequate flashing to be placed down. All siding on 2 dormers removed was reinstalled afterwards. The roof looks great and comes with a good warrenty. The company had all the right equipment for the install. All pipes,chimneys, and valleys were attended to for weather sealing ect.
The company is familiar with all types of construction to be able to handle any surprises that Come up. All throughout the process Alex was very reassuring about the outcome. This outfit requires no money down and will complete the job first including materials thereby allowing you to pay when completed. Do not hesitate to contact Alex if you are in need of roof service. MGS is also installing my gutters. The last gutter guy I called , talked a good game but never showed up. Not the case with MGS.

After MGS Construction finished my roof and proved they are a great outfit, per conversation with Al it was decided to go ahead and put up new gutters on the house. The crew was fast and efficient. The gutters and down spouts look great and enhance the looks of the house. After a careful walk around with the crew chief to identify where the drains would go, the team quickly started the install. Seams and connection points were all sealed. Gutters were correctly installed and all leaf guards installed correctly. Team members were very polite and knowledgeable, and left no debris when the job was completed. One change was made from the original estimate. Another roof line was added to have a gutter section put up. AL quickly adjusted the amount due and made sure the crew was aware of the chages to be made. The house looks new again. Thanks MGS!

Highly recommend MGS , Al Guevara was professional with excellent communication and Foreman Dean equally so. The crew was hard working, on time(early) got the job done satisfactory in the same day as promised and cleaned the property as if they had never been there.

I expected every aspect of having to replace my roof to be stressful; finding a company, having it done, and paying for it. I spoke to Al from MGS before I spoke to anyone else and he immediately won me over with his communication, honesty, and transparency. Everything he told me from the initial conversation is exactly what happened when the job was done. He said he wouldn't be the cheapest or the most expensive. I shopped around for a few quotes, one of the bigger corporate companies quoted me about $15k more than MGS. Another local company came in with a comparable quote to MGS.

By choosing MGS I got my roof and gutters replaced with a quick turnaround time, quality and professional work, top notch communication, and excellent value. It turned a potential stress nightmare into a very pleasant experience.

I recently had my 124 year old slate roof replaced with asphalt shingles. I cannot say enough about Mike and his personal, professional attention. I was under a time crunch, which Mike honored and the job was completed promptly and in less time than expected. My roof and yard were left free of clutter or debris.
The price was fair and as quoted. Mike had thoroughly explained the potential for additional cost once the job was underway, but that turned out in my favor, for which, I was grateful.

I recently contracted with MGS Construction to install a new roof for my home and for my neighbor's home! My neighbor and I share a wall in the garage and therefore are considered a condex. Albeit, it is a unique situation that requires us to obtain a master policy hence, my neighbor and I must both agree on any property projects on a "studs out" basis. We are also both first time homeowners and it was our first time inquiring about a large project such as installing a completely new roof!
Michael from MGS came out , met with us , and went over in great detail what the roof installation process consists of, the materials used, the warranty, etc. Mike spent at minimum, 2 hours meeting with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. Mike was thorough, pleasent, professional, honest and understanding throughout! We never once felt rushed to make a decision and that was personally one of the biggest reason why I chose to go with MGS. Other roofing companies that we met lacked that key component of understanding that this was a huge financial decision for us. Mike DID understand and he respected it.
Once we decided to proceed with MGS for our roof installation, we were given control on how soon it could be done. Mike literally asked us what day was good for us, we gave him a date that was fairly soon ; and he made it happen! The project was scheduled for the date WE chose.
On the day of installation, the crew showed up at 6:45/7am.
I met the foreman Andrew who I must note was extremely accommodating with my need to exit and enter the house throughout the install day! He was also very down to earth and understanding which I greatly appreciated.
The roofing crew was amazing! They worked so efficiently and diligently that they had BOTH roofs completely striped down to the plywood before 8am! By 2:30pm both of our roofs were completed and they looked outstanding! The whole expierence was flawless and that is extra ordinary considering the horror stories I've heard about other construction contractoring companies!
I will be using MGS in the future for additional work I need done on my back deck! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the whole process! Accolades to the 2 latina women who worked just as hard as the men, carrying wheel barrels of shingles (heavy stuff) all around the property and going up with the men on top off the roof aiding in the whole process. Ensuring we got the products and colors we wanted, and that our needs and concerns were addressed. My roof was stripped, repaired and replaced all within days of my initial phone call to MGS.
