Market Basket

Been there for the first time. I was amazed at how friendly the employees were and the cleanliness of the store. A great place to shop and talk. Prices were so much lower than in CT. Thank you Kevin Levesque, manager of the store, for making us feel welcomed. Next time I'm in the area I def will go there.

I usually go to the Bellingham store. Their training program is amazing - whoever you ask in the store they know where everything is or will find someone that does.

Hardest working teenagers in Salem. Artie T has high standards and it shows. He keeps these kids hopping. Bonus program and time and a half on a Sunday is a good deal.
I worked here for 6 years as a teenager and they were a good company back then. Kept your job open when you went off to college and gave you hours when returned in summer or winter break. Who does that any more???

Market Basket is literally the only place I personally buy food, unless I'm in a pinch. If you buy the Identical items at another large Blue Colored Department/Supermarket Store and you'll realize quickly that you could have saved plenty of cash, not to mention the Fact that you also have to scan & bag all of your own groceries at Walfart.

Best grocery store with best prices best variety ... I wish I lived closer.... it was nice when u grew up right down the street from one... eventually worked there for a while as well... they treat their employees well too

Best prices anywhere in state for groceries, and competitive prices for cigarettes and beer and wine. They always have amply stocked, tidy shelves/displays and overall clean and neat appearance. Store is always adequately staffed with associates who are friendly, well trained and offer prompt service.

Much more reasonable prices than any other food stores near where I live. The checkout is usually quick. 👌

Friendly and knowledgeable service, and they are always willing to help put the groceries in your car.

Market Basket was again the way it always is. Clean, organized and of course the staff all friendly and helpful. I bought the small loaves of cornbread The Market Basket brand and they are just like my grandmother's corn muffins absolutely delicious. I am very seldom disappointed in a Market Basket Bakery item! Keep up the good work you guys and girls you're all awesome!

Every Market Basket you go to everyone must train the same way that customer service is extraordinary if they're doing something and you have a question they pay attention to you and if you need to be shown or something is they show you no questions asked everybody's extremely helpful very nice and polite and all the kids that groceries all the guys are wearing ties and the dress very appropriately for the workforce and they do nice work and the market kitchen makes really good sandwiches hot and cold

I was surprised to see there were not carriages scattered all around the parking lot. The parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking. The store had staff wiping down the carriages and offered hand wipes at the entrance. I found everything I needed and was overall pleased with my shopping experience. There was plenty of staff visible if needed and I found the prices are great. My cashier was very nice and the young man bagging my groceries was very polite.

Very good store. Not one of their bigger stores, but they do a very good job of trying to cater to everybody.

We love going to DeMoulas Market Basket.. you can not beat the variety, quality, and service. The prices are the lowest around.

Usually very busy. Go later in the evening if you can. Probably best price wise compared to other grocery stores.

Came from Massachusetts for cigarettes because you all know Massachusetts doesn’t sell menthol 👎🏻 So this Market Basket become my go to store. Was in and out n I’m so surprised at how neat everything was. Like not a cookie out of place. Good for them. 👏🏻
