Melissa was great for my bridal makeup trial! She gave some great direction on what looks good but also didn't lose me in my makeup. I got lots of compliments for the rest of the day and I can't wait for my wedding day!

I hired Melissa to do the make-up for myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my mother for my August 2020 wedding after my original make-up was cancelled due to COVID restrictions.

Melissa was very responsive to my initial web inquiry. Throughout the entire process, Melissa was professional and courteous. She consistently wore a mask during my make-up trial and on my wedding day and cleaned her equipment throughout the day. I appreciated Melissa working around our hair schedule and she finished each of us quickly and ended up ahead of schedule- which was a huge relief! She even stayed to do touch-ups so we were camera ready as soon as we arrived at the venue.

Melissa did a great job with my wedding hair/make-up and that of my bridal party. My hair was exactly what I wanted and she made my make-up light and natural. I don't wear make-up usually and was concerned with not feeling like myself, but Melissa listened to my request and put together a look that was beautiful and still comfortable for me. The trial experience was also fun and she's very affordable compared to other Boston areas make-up artists and hair stylists. I highly recommend hiring Melissa for your wedding!

Melissa was so great to work with! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for at the wedding trial and really made it happen (above and beyond). SO happy with the results - I still felt like myself and absolutely love the look she created for me. Melissa took great care of a big wedding party (10 total) and was willing to travel up to Portland, ME.

Melissa did my makeup and my bridal party’s makeup. She was very punctual and followed her timeline perfectly. I felt amazing! Like a flawless version of myself.

Also, My mom has tricky skin and Melissa helped my mom out 100%. My mom felt so confident!

Our makeup lasted the entire wedding/reception and I didn’t need to touch it up once.

I used Melissa for my wedding this June 2018. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I had a large bridal party and she took her time with everyone. The final results were great. Melissa customized my request and delivered just that. Her studio is conveniently located in downtown Newburyport and offers ample parking. Appointments are easily arranged via text and she gets back in a flash. Very accommodating and offers fair pricing. Highly recommend.
