It was a cold and windy day last week. Edwin, one of the salesmen/customer service reps took an ample amount of time to help me change a rear windshield wiper arm and blade on my SUV. He went out of his way and went above and beyond what was required of him with the sale. He also had really great people skills which seem to be rare for Gen Z.

In an industry that has no shortage of fuzzy steering wheel covers and floor mats, it is young kids like Edwin that restore my confidence in auto part distributor stores like this nice one in Greenfield.

Had a headlight out and asked if they could replace the bulb. Not an option on all cars for them but for mine, it was. The young man came out in the pouring rain and changed the bulb. Kind, courteous, and helpful! Thanks to you Auto Zone for being so helpful.

Yesterday I walked into this store with car trouble I was panicking i was stressed but i walked out with my soul uplifted!!EDWIN!!! The Manager of the store ,not only did he diagnose my car but he fixed it . I had no money he PAYED and PUT EVRYTHING IN FOR ME!!! All while attending to his customers. He didn't have to do that for me I never met him in my life I was I was 45 minutes away from home and he made sure I made it there safely by helping me with my car. I wanted to go home because I felt drained my the whole situation but Edwin doing that for me made me want to go back and pay it forward so i went back to work to help my people. There are still REAL GENUINE People in this world. EDWIN WE LOCKED IN 🔒 🤞🏾.

Thanksgiving morning and my car wouldn’t start! After a quick jump from my cousin I was on my way to stuff my face with Turkey and pie. Black Friday shopping to me now meant hoping my car battery had enough juice to get me to a place to get a new one! I ended up at AutoZone where the manager Tom helped me out. I picked out a battery and he even installed it for me! Hassle free and I was on my way… a few laps behind but on my way! Thanks Tom from AutoZone!

I was so grateful for the amazing service I received here when I went in with a dying battery. Tom and the rest of the staff went to great lengths to assess the issue, find my warranty and a replace the battery free of charge during a very busy weekend morning. The customer service and care that I was shown was so exemplary and I will definitely send my friends to this location for the car needs!

Man you guys have an absolutely amazing guy at your greenfield location. His name is edwin. He is hands down the best autozone person i have ever delt with (theres been alot). I have a commercial account with you guys. He spent almost 3 hours helping me last night diagnose a squeeky pully on my truck. He was kind....patient and one of the very few whom actually knew his stuff. Im very handy myself. But it was nice to have a second opinion from someone who actually knew what he was talking about. This dude deserves a raise. I insisted he took a 20$ tip for all he did for me. Even though he declined. You guys have something special with him. Truly a great experience over all. There was an issue with a return on a part from my commercial account being my home store is keene nh. The computer wouldnt let me return the part in greenfield for some reason. I dont make it to keene often anymore so he offered to drive the part up ON HIS DAY OFF and return it for me in keene. He just called me and said it was done and i could retrieve my money tomorrow when he works again. I cant say enough how pleased i am with how kind and just over-all the way he treated me. Please make sure he gets something out of all this. Just a great human who cares about his job and made sure he made my experience as pain free as possible. Im over the moon with the whole interaction. Hands down the BEST associate i have EVER in my 15 pluss years going to autozone ever had the pleasure of working with. 10/5 stars. I have been a loyal customer at this store for many years, and have always been treated with respect. The employees are always very helpful, and very generously help replace whatever part is needed.
It's like going to an auto repair service and parts store, combined. I love the layout of the store and the ease of finding what I'm looking for..

Wonderful friendly people! Helped me find the right headlight bulb and replaced it for me on a very cold morning! Then he noticed my daylight running bulb was out too and replaced that! Will be our go to place for auto parts and accessories from now on!

Autozone in Greenfield is the best. They always seem to have the part I need and have been able to help me out more than once when something went wrong and I was rushing to work. Today I knocked my windshield wiper off my car trying to get ice off my windshield and I couldn't get it back on. The man working in the shop was able to get popped back in place in under a minute and I made it to work on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The folks at Autozone are wonderful.

The gentleman helping me, I believe his name is Michael, was nice enough to actually change my headlight bulb (I got pulled over for having one out and the cop was nice enough to just give me a warning) for me. He actually changed both bulbs so they would have an equal lifespan and then gave me back the bulb that still had some life in it so I had a back up. Above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

My battery died while I was getting my car inspected in Greenfield, so I stopped by this store to get a new battery and have it replaced. It could not have been easier! Tom, the store manager, replaced the battery right away, and made sure that the car was running well before I left. After a long morning trying to figure out car issues, this was a really pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future if necessary.

Moved back to the area a few months ago. These guys are awesome. I go in here whenever my Audi needs small repairs and they are literally the most helpful people. The dude last night helped me with wire connectors and headlights and literally saved me $600 - $1,200 at the Audi dealership.

These folks are great! I had a couple engine warning lights on. Came to Autozone for a free diagnostic. Their service person carefully explained the while process to me and printed out a copy of the diagnosis for my mechanic.

I was out doing errands and my car wouldn't start I have AAA roadside service they came and tested the battery and got it started I need a new battery the problem.is they don't have any in stocks for my vehicle so I drove to Auto Zone and was helped by Sam he not only had the battery in stock but also installed it for me he was very helpful and pleasant I truly appreciated his help

Battery started going bad a few days ago and needed to replace it.. The manager on duty was extremely helpful helped me find the exact battery I needed at a level i could afford and even helped me install. Every time i have been there the staff has been extremely helpful.
