Enjoy Our views, blessings are often missed for their small size or everyday commonplace.

As a contributing member of Our Community I shall state that:

"OUR" Centro Plaza is a marvel of planning, coordination and stylish modern architecture blended with Our Latino Architecture and materials (a little more limestone could've been used).

The busses are reliable, pretty much On Time and the entire facility well maintained and cleaned frequently and well done..

There is one drawback that hurts Via and third-party contractors at this location. Here at Centro Plaza it's downright dehumanizing and a constant source of anxiety.

The Security Staff are nearly always Rude, Blunt, use Fowl
Language, Carry themselves aggressively and postures as
if inviting an altercation.
We're run off benches and the ac/heated waiting room
while using the 110 V outlet receptacles as intended by
design— to charge mobility & health equipment and
mobile devices.

On "OUR Veterans Day" holiday I was run off 3 times during the day, once under the guise of an unspoken threat to the point I believed I was in danger of bodily injury or death. Sad this.
Last evening while taking the wonderful photos I did take, my friend & me were aggressively accosted by 2 security staff who were bodily clocked, ready but were prevented by me to gain advantageous positioning around my friend and me.

See, I'm an honorably discharged Veteran in possession of skills, a can do attitude motivated to adapt and overcome.

You Via Leadership Staff sitting in the offices off N Medina @ W Houston understand were the security staff's aggression derives (the high degree of illegal drug activity—often openly—not mentioning readily available sexual favors and sex proper.
It's simply "doing business in a City."

Please see that security forces are trained AND responsible enough to separate potential undesirables and to leave the rest of us alone without fears of threat or fears of being abused in any manner. Too, it wouldn't be a waste of anyone's time by reminding those forces that even causing fear of loss of freedoms, life or limb or any injury of another Human is a crime in this State. It's called "Assault." And you field officers are not babysitters and we (Via) do never have, and never will pay you for baby sitting.
Police Officers are not babysitters either. If not a valid emergency do not call SAPD to clean up behind you.

I love the structure and marvel over it every time. As can be seen, the Architecture does my sub-par pho[photography skills justice.

Thank you skilled workmen, City and Via planners. The 2 officers on duty last evening were immediately excused and I forgave myself shortly after.

Wow all the busses. What can you say. Nothing is perfect. But Via is pretty darn close. It's so Easy when you take Bus. "Via Via". (Still the cheapest ride in town"). Ken

Beautiful downtown views. Well kept and maintained. Easy to find bus stops. Screens with departure times accurate.

Centrally located for the area, usually very clean, water fountains, restrooms. convenience store one block away,

Always busy there's security bathrooms are clean. They have free wifi and charge stations to charge your devices

So many people. But across the street is a homeless tent city.

Only had to wait with one person ahead of me cashier friendly and good at her job.

Centro Plaza its a wonderful view to see. The modern architecture is serene.

Central is the perfect descriptionwith every bus you could need, pretty much . The staff are super helpful and there is a heavy police presence so you feel safe even at midnight or 2 am. ( And the cops are friendly.. not looking to harass anyone)

Beautiful scenery at night with all the lights are lit

Everything runs so good I think they can make the men's restroom a little bigger.

Not bad for a place next to the county Jail & the largest Homeless shelter in the USA. Extremely basic and efficient.

I never really stay here too long. The buses are almost always on time. Although if ur a people watcher, this is a great place to be. You see all kinds. Talk about diversity. From one end of the spectrum to the other.

Walking distance from the "haven" shelter. Good selection of buses going in multiple directions of greater s.a. atmosphere is not bad. Pretty clean considering the area. 24/7security. Via drivers r helpful and civil.

Large city block run by transit authority, VIA. Covered bus stops, outdoor seating, digital transit directories, like a nice train station. Public restrooms, clean and in good order. No restaurants nearby or shops. And on-site security.

Need to have the staff police , KEEP drug users away... It's awful. The bus seems to be in great running order, bus drivers need to respect patrons,, not assume things and test disabled people as though thier in an offensive position, or make patrons have to clarify what was said in an argumentive manner to be clear on what the person with disabilities is saying through masks, I witnessed this... At brooks so I pay attention to Centro.. they are nice and majority respect patrons.
