I went to the one is west Springfield thinking I made my appointment with them as soon as I walked in I was greeted politely, great customer service. I thought I made my appointment at West Springfield but I actually made it at the other location. As you see it’s by appointment. Well, they where so understanding they accommodate me and 2 hours later I have my vehicle, they where super nice about my mistake and here I am with my remote starter I love it… I will highly recommend long radio! Very knowledgeable, transparent, offer different options, punctuality with service time. I got an alpine stereo with apple CarPlay and all the necessary accessories to install it and a remote starter on my 09 Toyota Corolla. I had shopped competitors about a year ago, and no one was able to show me an example of the end state for my 2015 Explorer, zero choice of product, lots of folks who didn't seem to want to help. LONG RADIO was AMAZING. Lots of options for me to select, lots of knowledge on how the end state of my radio would function, and enthusiasm for my business. It took a short period of time for all parts to come in amd afterwards walked me through the product with great thoroughness. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs to update/upgrade their car audio.

Very professional and helpful. I had a remote starter installed and the technician explained in detail how to use it and that I try it myself to make sure I understood before leaving the shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to go back to them for anything else that I may need.

Wonderful experience! I dropped the car off the night before, and they took it in the shop to keep it safe. The install was completed, and when I picked it up, they showed me how to operate it. Workers were very nice! I would recommend long radio to friends in the future!

Spoke to Josh made an appointment for a remote start for my car. Very professional set up an appointment took a $50 deposit for the parts makes a ton of sense for both of us. Arrived on time for my appointment. Car was brought in immediately two hours later car is finished. Josh went through the whole process of how it works. Awesome building waiting room, Josh and David true professionals. My business is built on referrals, so is theirs’ they will get a ton from me🇺🇸😇🙏❤

Great experience from the initial call through the installation. I was having a hard time deciding between two different head units, so I spoke to Josh and Dave on the phone. They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. They had both units on display and encouraged me to come test them out before deciding. In the end I chose an alpine unit and it looks great. Shout out to John for the awesome install and to Matt for making sure I had a top notch experience. I made an appointment to install a remote start on my new Hyundai. Dropped of car at 9 AM. They called after 1PM to tell me it was all. When I got there they walked me through how to use their key fob to operate remote start an door locks. This is the 3rd car we had them install remote start on. 5 stars. 😃

What a great experience, I dropped my car off early for an appointment the next day and they got it done same day! Explained the operation and I was on my way within 3 hours with the remote start in my vehicle!

They quickly responded to my questions via text, and were able to fit me same day for an installation bc of a last minute cancellation.

My car was ready well before I expected. They were very friendly and I would go there again!!!
