I have no real complaints other than the Luthier,who tried to rip me off. Everyone else has been great!! Helpful and Friendly I have bought a lot from Guitar Center recently adding to my guitar collection!

I just wanna say how grateful I am for Dominic and Trevor. They were very helpful and the item I needed was on sale on top of the sale. Trevor made sure I had the insurance and Dominic made sure I had the right cords. I love this store! I do miss seeing Shaq there though!

I brought down an amplifier to sell and got a really good price on it. I’m definitely looking forward to going back to this location to get some gear for making electronic industrial music soon.

Wonderful to deal with. The guys here are professional, helpful, and fun to work with.
They spend as much time as needed with you. They rectified an issue I had with a purchase from a GC from a different location and went above and beyond. I enjoyed my visit and had a great experience.
Top notch customer service and super cool staff.

Luke was amazing in helping me get my Spector Pulse 2 bass. He also helped me with another bass and did at great job at everything including treating the instrument like his own with proper care. He was very friendly, helpful and curtious. After he helped me set up my Spector he brought out his own personal pedals to try with the new bass. Hes a great guy 10/10 deserves a raise. Thank you for all the help :)

Girls loved it playing on piano, drums and the ukulele they had a blast we went 3 days in a row! That's my daughter playing she's been learning all on her own she just now wants this exact piano that's almost 650

I always go here with my mothers husband, he is a musician & the staff here have always been very polite to him & myself . We have also called before going down to the store & they been very polite over the phone . I also purchased a quitar and other equipment at this store & they have been helpful , Today we dropped off a quitar to get it fix & the young man was very polite . I cannot complaint … Very good customer services .. and they do have some beautiful Guitars..

Went to sell a guitar I no longer use. Called ahead to check price and the offer I received matched what was expected. The whole interaction was rather quick. Staff were polite. No complaints.

Been to this shop twice now. 1st time to purchase a keyboard and the employees were very helpful. My recent 2nd visit was to find guitar strings and a harmonica. I found what I was looking for easily with the help of the employees. Most likely will be back.

Great store, good workers

Went with my son to pick up some bass strings. Pretty good selection. Decided to look around. Very clean and organized. Prices average. Some little high but still within looking at. I looked at drums. And the used section had some very nice pearl and others. Overall well kept place. Very clean. Offers mask and sanitizer at front door. Mask optional. But recommended if not vax.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Jon was fantastic! Did a great job on my friend's guitar and helped him find another one that he loves! Sometimes guitar center can be hit or miss but the staff makes this a great store.

Went there today looking for a speaker with stand and mic for an upcoming job. Had no idea what I was looking for. Alonzo I believe his name was helped me out. And the guy was fantastic. Friendly and very accommodating to my 100 questions.

The staff here are nice and very patient I think. I was there and gee it seemed like just about every section of the store had people trying out equipment at a decent volume. I thought to myself, if I worked there that might get annoying but they seemed pretty chill

The Guitar Center in West Springfield, MA was the go-to shop for reintroduction into playing music.Sales staff are most often music professionals and give excellent advice on instruments and accessories. In our case, these were a guitar and keyboard. The store manager is also excellent and helped with an issue on one of the instruments.
