Anthony, the manager at Boston Market in Worcester, deserves high praise. The service was exceptionally friendly and courteous, the food exceeded expectations, and the establishment was impeccably clean. Overall, a five-star experience!

Worker in green short sleeve shirt and afro/curly hair was really sweet and nice. She was working the register. Food came out quick and was yummy.

Manager or the guy running the show went above and beyond we were 15 minutes from closing and they were so nice. They know how to work I will come back for sure!

I went to Boston Market with my mother for dinner.
We both had a half a chicken with corn and mashed potatoes with gravy and a corn bread. The food was good...I would go there again.

My son and my favorite place to get a quick, fast, yummy meal. 😋 Great staff at this location @Park ave Worc. A little more words and smiles from a few individuals will go the extra mile, but none the less, they all have their individual strengths. They are kind, fast, not too expensive, food is always yummy and they always make us feel welcome.

The manager had to deal with a Karen, and handled it beautifully. Will be going back because of how she eloquently put her in her place. 👍🏼 Love people who stand up for themselves and company.

The food is always good for me. When I need a mom's type of meal and she's not cooking I come here the garlic herbs and spices flavour is amazing.

Total disappointment today. The place was almost out of side dishes, no corn bread, no spinach, no mashed potatoes (but had gravy🤔),no forks, no juices etc. But had 3 employees sweeping the booths & moving tables like they were up for inspection or were closing the place. The employee serving only concentrated on fixing his hoody, hiding his face & even sold the food as eating in, but eating area was closed.😳 Total chaos with dirt flying all over, the way the booths were being swept. Place definitely has gone down the drain. I removed my high score to -00000000000000.

Excellent meal, customer service, and food! Always a great meal experience, which is exactly the reason I keep returning! The only problem now, is I live in Rhode Island, and don't have a Boston Market very close. So, my solution is, I visit while in my home state of Massachusetts! 🥰😉❤

Boston Market is a great value for one's money. The rotisserie chicken is tasty, there is a great assortment of sides, including my favorites creamed spinach and sweet potatoes. A wonderful meal, quickly served, and tasty. Servers are very nice, consistently.
Fresh food.

We all know how good the food is at BM.

What I am most impressed with is the young man working the register and plating the food all by himself on a very busy Sunday at lunchtime (on Valentine's day). Well done!

I love Boston Market whole chickens. What can I say. I can eat one or two of these a week. The food at this location is always great. I can’t wait for Prime rib Sunday. This location is conveniently located and the staff is always friendly when they bring food out to car. Since having Covid I rarely enter businesses unless it’s crucial.

It felt strange walking in and there were no tables and chairs and seeing the workers wearing masks.
They were very pleasant and right on the ball. The place was very clean. I love Boston Market and highly recommend it to people who love turkey.

I ordered from here tonight via grubhub and the delivery guy never delivered my food. I called this Boston market and even though they had fulfilled their part of the order they offered to make us a whole new meal for no charge. They were very nice and understanding and I would definitely come back here again! Thank you to the Boston market staff at this location, you guys rock!

We placed an order for pickup on Active Menus. When my husband arrived, it was ready to go. It arrived home hot and very delicious.

Kendra and the closing team treat me like family with great comfort food. I have Never got a bad meal from this store. All A's in my opinion!!! Keep up the awesome job !!!

recently ordered a family meal here (also my first time using grubhub!), and one of my sides were out of stock. I didn't really mind it and substituted it for a different side. When it came in, they gave me an additional meal as a compensation along with the substituted side.
I got more what I expected and every single item was sooo good, I would eat here again definitely!

Attempted to order on line but kept getting messages like " we are out of what you ordered. When I called they stated they had plenty of what I wanted. Took a phone order. The food was outstanding. Hot flavorful and we'll prepared.

I love Boston Market, if I could I'd eat a half a chicken every. I like to put a little gravy on my chicken too lol. Also the mac and cheese is good.

Great food., staff pleasant to deal with. Also good when u get coupons for buy 1 meal get 1 meal free. Enjoy eating there with the family and bring the free one to work the next day.
