La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler

Stayed one night as we were passing through. I don’t frequently review, but we almost didn’t book due to poor reviews so I felt inclined to leave one. We had such a great stay here! Every staff member we encountered were extra friendly, the breakfast was more than we had hoped for, the room very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Well the hotel is nice. Location not so much. Next to it there is I think another hotel across the street and it's a ghetto appearance in the area.

Perfect place to stay while in tempe with pets!!! I'll stay here next time I'm here without pets too!!! Very nice! The people were great and the breakfasts were excellent too!!!

Enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean and comfortable. The maids were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were kind as well.

Clean hotel. Simple breakfast but the items they had were pretty tasty (for a hotel breakfast).
The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the spa. Also it's located next to plenty of restaurants.

My room was very clean. Bed had clean sheets, and the floors were very clean. The front desk lady was pleasant and welcoming. Definitely will stay again. Plus, the Cracker Barrel Country Store is directly across the parking lot.

Great place to stay near Phoenix airport..!! Even though some sites mentioned check-ins at 12.. They allowed us to check in around 2 am.. Rooms are clean. They had great breakfast with egg & bacon..!! will definitely stay here again if I get a chance..

Lovely hotel with comfortable accommodations, easy check in, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Rates are fairly priced however we used our Wyndham Rewards points. The only problem we encountered is that we requested a handicap accessible room which basically was fine, except for the shower area. Has a handheld shower but it directly in the middle of the shower. There's no shower curtain and the water shoots out all over the bathroom floor. This creates a very dangerous fall risk situation, and if a person is in a wheelchair, they'd have to figure out how to wipe up water.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable breakfast selection.

Recovering from surgery, I was not yet able to climb stairs for showers. After almost 60 days of sponge bath, this was the best shower EVER!!!!

This hotel has everything I want. AC, mini fridge, microwave, coffee in the room, free breakfast, and a swimming pool. Everything was clean, and staff was super friendly. Perfect!!

Loved this place! Would definitely be staying here again. Check in process was easy & quick. The receptionist did advise us that they wouldnt be coming into our rooms to clean daily (covid issues) but it wasnt a big deal to us. Any toiletries or towels just ask upfront :) The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds too! We got the executive room and it was pretty spacious. Love that u can control the a/c specially eith the az heat comes in handy. The pool was fully functional. Breakfast was great too, they serve it from 7am -9am they had waffles, eggs, sausage, bagel, bread toast, coffee, tea, milk, oj & apple juice cereal, fruit & yogurt for the kiddos. The only thing i didn’t appreciate was the old lady that brings out the breakfast , she kept hovering over my shoulder and murmuring under her breath everytime someone served there selves. One guest for example asked her if she could have OJ for her kid, the server said “no im not bringing out anymore we stop serving breakfast at 9am!” ((It wasnt 9am yet)). But other than that the hotel is great & VERY clean!!! Will recommend.

We chose this place because it was pet friendly and conveniently located. The hotel was super clean and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. There's also a Cracker Barrel across the parking lot.
If we return to AZ, we will definitely choose this LA Quinta again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean rooms, great customer service. Bathroom and shower were very clean. Guest laundry on the 3rd floor, PET FRIENDLY AT NO EXTRA COST!!!

slightly higher priced than surrounding area's other hotels but definitely worth every penny. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the chandler area.

Great experience, very satisfied.

The room is clear. There are all kind of equipments in the room, for example, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. In the meantime, there are meeting room, interior swimming pool and gyms. Their staffs are professional and enthusiastic. Their breakfast is free and has delicious food and beverage. They have enough of parking sites.

My AC died in my apartment and maintenance couldn’t come until the next morning. Called at midnight and had a truly great experience with Cassandra. She was so sweet and empathetic to my situation.
So grateful they allow pets and she was able to get me set up quickly and affordably for the night.

Clean room. Cute decor. Grabbed a bagged breakfast and enjoyed the nice cool room.

Will absolutely be recommending this to friends and family that come visit.

If I could give this hotel more stars I would. The hotel itself is newly remodeled and looks fantastic. Great location. We had our two dogs with us during our stay and they got nothing but love! We also made several new dog friends while here. The breakfast was really good too! The only downside was for being “newly remodeled” the tub was kind of gross. You could tell it was CLEAN but still. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

Rooms & property very clean. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Chuck at the front desk was awesome! Pet friendly property. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was pretty weak due to Covid precautions. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looked nice.

We stayed at this location for 11 nights with our little dog and had a wonderful time. A big shout out to Randi Jo and Chuck at the front desk. They provided exceptional customer service and were always warm and friendly and helped answer any questions we had. The breakfast was a nice feature - we stuck with the cereal and oatmeal for the most part. Nothing fancy but it sure helped us save money. This hotel is in a great location, it's clean, the beds are comfy and we felt it was a good home away from home while we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub most nights but I would agree with what someone else said about the jets not being super powerful, but we still appreciated having a hot tub available. Thank you so much for everything, we'll definitely stay here again next time!
