One of my favorite Barnes and Nobles in the city: amazing displays, great sections. There's something for everyone. Love the 2 floors and the atmosphere, as well as its location in a stylish outdoor shopping mall in Chandler.

(The 2nd floor bathroom could use some attention, though, but not grimier than a Walmart, so it's tolerable.)

Overall, I always love my trips to this store.

Every Saturday morning, I find immense joy in bringing my kids to Barnes & Noble. There's something magical about wandering through aisles of books, discovering new stories, and fostering a love for reading in my children. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making our visits even more enjoyable.

However, a small note for improvement: the first floor can feel a bit cluttered or tight, especially during busy hours. A little more space or organization might enhance the shopping experience.

That said, this minor issue doesn't detract from the overall charm and appeal of the store. Barnes & Noble remains our go-to spot for weekend book adventures, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other families looking for a wholesome and enriching outing.

One of my favorite spots to visit at Santan Village. They have affordable books right now from $3 up to $200 plus its a Starbucks there too what more could a girl ask for and received.

Beautiful store, excellent selection. Maybe it was a bad day but only 2 employees in the whole place, a Mgr shelving books & a cashier with a long line of customers waiting to pay, but understaffed seems to be the new normal everywhere. Focusing on Poetry/LitCrit/Drama, I was sad to find zero alphabetization. This old-timer bookseller misses the days of finding books alphabetically.

I’m a big fan of bookstores and this Barnes and Noble has something that most bookstores don’t have: an Escalator. Or, more specifically, a second floor.
That right there gives it a big thumbs up in my book.
This one has a much bigger selection than most other B&N’s I’ve visited, so that also made the experience more enjoyable.
Add on top of that the holiday times and sales and it was great.
I will say I wish there were more decorations, especially on that second floor. But overall, a good experience.

Wonderful book store. AND they have toys that go w the books. We searched all over for Thomas, the train items that went w the books, but everything was sold out. Not at the bookstore. Loads of books with matching toys: Barbie Thomas, My little Pony, puppy Pals. If the toy has a book They will have the matching game or toy. Good prices too. 👍 we got trains and track and a new book too. They also have art supplies. I would not have even considered a bookstore for Thomas trains. but they were all there.

An excellent selection, friendly staff, and a cute little Starbucks Cafe in the back of the first floor. Wonderful place to relax, find books, and just generally have a good time.

The store was a joy to experience - had coffee (a vanilla latte) and 2 cookies (ginger, and an oatmeal-raisin) both cookies were chewy, soft and tasty...

A Place to explore knowledge and collectors items. My Grandkids love Anime. I love writing and exploring new stories as well as new cooking ideas

I love this place, the bathrooms could be cleaner though. It's really gross when great places like this have the nastiest bathrooms, do better. Besides that I love their staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Great works, selection, and prices. Me and my son go once or twice a month for magna and for football cards. Always got what we're looking for. Highly recommended

The place was amazing! The people working there were nice and helpful. Carlos and Drake were able to help me out, not once, but TWICE! If you like being surrounded by books, being able to have coffee, need to get a book for required reading, or want to get some good old manga, this store is perfect for that. Also they got movies and games too.

Great place for kids books and toys

Love this book store, true classic. Just got remodeled inside, more stuff to buy.. fewer books. 🤣 But the selection is great.

It’s basically my favorite place. The only thing missing is the fireplace and sofa chairs like they have in the Fairbanks Alaska barns and noble.

Barnes & Noble is such a nice place for all kinds of literature lovers. It has a large assortment of reading material and isn't exactly a library but has a nice seating area to buy a book or trial a book before buying it and enjoy your time. I don't quite know if there is a second floor but it has two stories. Local authors hold meet and greets for their released books.

A little over priced compared to Amazon or even Walmart. They do need to support themselves and pay their outrageous rent because of the location.

I can't go in here without finding something I have to have. Staff is really friendly and strike up conversations with you when they really don't have to which is a plus. You can tell they enjoy where they work which is important and a rarity in most work places.

Lol! We take our baby here to crawl / run off some energy! It's air conditioned and their cafe sells Starbucks and pastries. We also pick out some books and read to the little guy. Great place to get out of the heat, enjoy coffee, and spend time with the kiddo. Oh and they have a great selection of new books with some decent sales.

It's a lovely place to wander through. There are even some good bargains to be found.
