Denise was the best! So friendly and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience. We received great customer service in every department we shopped in. I love the selection of Brahmin bags that they have. The size of the store is pretty good for the SanTan Village.

Great selection of women's and men's clothing. My teens didn't like it as much, preferring to buy from stores specific to them. If teens want to have better quality and dress up a bit, though, it's a great place to shop. I also love their sales.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a very large men’s section of clothing available. Not only that, but the clothes were actually pretty fashionable. So I enjoyed my visit and plan on going back.

This store is small but has all the brands. A short while ago I stopped in for a hot minute, and there was even a shelf of Louis Vuitton in the bag section! Way to go Dillard’s. I just think there could be a bench outside for smokers so I could take the rest of my family with me shopping to this location.

I came in, super panicked about finding jewelry to complement a formal gown, for a wedding, AND accessories for a dress for the Bridal Shower...I showed pix of the dress and gown to CHUTIMA, and she started searching the whole department for the PERFECT additions to my wedding outfits!! To be honest, I was feeling like the gown was a bit matronly, but by the time CHUTIMA WORKED HER MAGIC...I felt like Cinderella!!
I even found that one of the necklace and earring sets will also work with an outfit for another of the wedding events, so I feel like I've solved three mysteries with one CHUTIMA!!
I have a new BFF in the jewelry department at Dillard's!! I'd forgotten what it was like to have such caring Customer Service...like the old days. Listen...CHUTIMA needs to be congratulated and cherished, for the wonderful Human Being she is. Kindness is contagious!

When they have sales, you can find low prices on some high-quality gift items.

I never caught her name but the woman working in the men’s shoes department on 3/7/23 around 1PM was awesome. Very helpful for me in picking out wedding shoes and also very patient! Great shoe selection. I would definitely come back

Alan, in the Men's Shoe Dept, is absolutely the best sales associate we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had to go there twice to get my husband and son's dress shoes and other attire for their suits and Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find everything we needed and even went above in beyond to make sure their shoes were comfortable and the best fit possible. Thank you Alan for all of your help! You have raised the bar when it comes to customer service!

We were looking for a leather jacket. The assistant we asked was very helpful to the point of leading us to the racks. There was a good selection of jackets at acceptable prices. Somewhat higher than the leading online leather store which has reviews in the basement which is why we were trying brick and mortar. We took the purchase back to the lady who originally helped us and she rang it up efficiently with only a brief attempt to sign us up for the store credit card. All in all it was a very good experience.

Staff was very helpful and I was in and out within 15 mins . Only there to get a new pillow which was not on the floor but the man helping me found one pretty quickly in the back. Will definitely be back

I was in retail for several years. In todays world it is sometimes hard to find great customer service. We were In Your swimsuit department yesterday( best selection we have seen). This wonderful young lady,Jordan had such customer service & smiley personality! So nice to see this young people with interest in people! Kudos to her!
