Nordstrom Rack

If you could imagine, I visited this location on Black Friday. There were a lot of people in the store, but even with everyone there, the items were still very organized. It was a little difficult to get through due to the amount of stock that filled the aisles but not impossible. After collecting my items, the line to purchase them was long. However, it moved very quickly. Every register was open, and the staff was very friendly and worked efficiently. I was very impressed with the associates working. For a Black Friday shopping experience, this was one of the more pleasant ones.

I believe my family thinks I sleep at the Rack! First of all, I love the people! The staff makes the store. There won’t be a store or sales without the assistance of the wonderful staff members. Thank you and Kudos to you all for your hard work and dedication to your customers. Secondly, the products and items sold there are amazing and the prices are amazing too. I definitely recommend this store as the best place to shop for any occasion. I don’t have anything negative to report about the Rack. Much love ❤❤🙏🏽

Excellent excellent location! This is how every Nordstrom rack should really operate when I think about it. The shoe area is clean, the bathrooms are spotless virtually. The women’s wear and menswear are properly and neatly in order. The men’s sock wall is pretty big too haha! The change rooms are not in disarray and they staff here seems pretty accommodating. One gentleman went out of his way to give me a hand looking for my size which was nice for a change. Great job everyone keep up the great work

I like Nordstrom rack for when Im not searching for something particular or when I need to find kids shoes, but dont care the type or brand. The products change regularly, so it's always a fun little treasure hunt. Usually I buy skin care products, shoes and water bottles here. I also find name brand jeans, purses, and other things. For those who have never been, the store sells deeply discounted over stock and out of season products from the regular Nordstrom stores. There are also some additional ways to save here, but you will need to do a google search for that.

Good prices on quality shoes and clothes. They have a fair collection of larger size shoes. I wear size 14 or 15 and found two pair of shoes this trip.

Xcellent placement of floor settings especially in men’s apparel & women’s selection of denim like Paige, Good American, Hudson and Rag & Bone.

I ordered something online. This store didn't have it in stock, so they ordered it from Scottsdale and I was able to pick it up the next day!

I came in here with a pair of Nike Sweats that I had purchased at a different location and I had lost my receipt 😖 I kept meaning to take them in and exchange them since they didn't fit quite right... I wasn't sure if they would even be able to let me exchange or get store credit bc of my pack of proof of purchase! I hadn't even used an Email! I received some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a long time! One employee refused to let me go without trying every way possible to make me happy! Then the manager took the time to go to the back and look up my purchase at a different location with only the tags and an approximate date of purchase! I am not even sure if she did find it but she was super respectful and patient and let me get store credit and the young man who first helped me also had me sign up for rewards and apologized probably 20 times! Anyways I'm not good at shortening these stories but I was super impressed with the service I received! Especially since the employees were both very young! Great service, location and variety! Love this store 😍

Clean and well organized store. Store's merchandise is mainly clothing apparel and shoes.

I’m new to this store & have just fell in love with it. I’ve gotten shoes, shirts, and a matching outfit all just within 2 visits!

They have a good selection and it's fairly priced.

Good prices. Polite staff. Clean location. Busy but not overwhelmingly crowded. Short lines to check out. No lines or waiting for dressing rooms. Highly recommend.

Great selection and prices. Clearance stuff can get pretty cheap, and has a good selection of shoes, really good choice for formal shoes.

Great store but not the best one. The one that has the best in name brands and quality is the Rack at½ Kierland Commons. Moschino, Valentino, Tiffany's,Tori Burch, Mui Mui, Versace½ Givenchy, Prada etc. The Scottsdale stores are the best 8n high end styles. Love em.

Great prices with understanding returns

Love this store! Great quality products for lower prices. I love their shoe selection and clothes for all shapes and styles. My kids also love their name brand products and again I love their prices! Plus their customer service is on point and amazing return policy!
