Patrick was extremely helpful and thorough in the process of buying a replacement phone and changing to a new plan. The store remodel looks good; judging by reviews, the staff have gotten an overhaul too. Give them another chance if you had a bad experience.

Moses was the most helpful Verizon employee we have ever had the experience of working with. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We walked out of the store so happy with his service.

Paul assisted us with an upgrade and fixing some things on our account. He answered all our questions and helped us out in the most professional way possible. As my phone was being installed he had conversations with us to help pass the time! Friendly, knowledgeable about the products and helpful! Best experience that we have had with a Verizon store.

Moses and Andrew were absolutely fabulous today…. I wasted approximately 10 hours with Apple and Verizon Support over the last three days. These two gentlemen were able to clear up my difficulties in about an hour! They were very respectful and professional and deserve a great big thank you!

I had Josh! He was super sweet and super fast at everything. Helped me get a new phone knowing mine was completely broken. I’m glad he was covering another persons shift there. I got there the second they opened. He opened the door for me and got me all done within a half an hour of setting my new phone up for me. Thank you Josh!

I have been to several different Verizon locations, but I always get the best customer service at the Uxbridge location. Angel helped me out yesterday, and he was so patient and kind! I was having a lot of trouble activating my new phone, and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was switched over to my new phone. I am a much older woman but he treated me with such respect. He was chatty and sweet. Please go there for any of your Verizon issues. Ask for Angel!!

Customer service was fantastic! I drive past 3 Verizon stores on my way home, I will be using this one from now on. After I purchased my phone and it was all set up I went out to my car and started playing around with it. I encountered an issue with my Apple ID. I called the store the manager told me to come back in. She took care of it no questions asked. The entire experience was great!

All I have to say is hands down to great service provided by Moses and the team. Had a respectful and informative answer to every question I asked. Privately owned stores are always much more personal than corporate owned as your not just a somebody. Highly recommend as it was a Great Experience!

Had the pleasure of working with Cesar at the Uxbridge location. No pressure approach, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me navigate my options and determine what I needed without any hard selling. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Really excellent service (and a great conversation to boot). Highly recommend you go here for your Verizon needs.

This is the best Verizon store! Nicole goes out of her way to do whatever you need so you have the best phone for you. She is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and sets up everything perfectly. This is the only Verizon store we will go to. Absolutely excellent!

Nicole was extremely helpful with setting up our new phones. She was professional, honest and answered all of our questions. We will only be doing business with Nicole going forward!

Nicole was very helpful when it was time for me to upgrade to a new phone. She recommended an iPhone SE which I love and is perfect for me. She also took care of transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone and my new phone was up and running in a very short time.

I've just finished up my second session of "phones for dummies" with Jeff. He has been great. He's spent a lot of time explaining and answering all my questions about my new phone. I haven't felt rushed or made to feel that my questions were unimportant

Worked with this cool dude named Jeff and couldn't have had a better experience. Came in with a problem, he offered solutions, we collaborated and talked shop and I left saving a bit of cash with a functional phone. Professional, expedient, and refreshingly friendly this is the Verizon location to visit.

I'd also totally buy Jeff a beer he's a chill dude.

My family has been with Verizon for many years and felt it was getting too expensive and began to explore other carriers. We were due for upgrades on our phones and stopped into the Uxbridge Verizon store. We were greeted by Jeff who said they were actually closed but would be glad to answer any questions we had. We ended up meeting with Jeff the following night. He helped us get new phones and did all the installation. Jeff is not only very educated in his field but gave us some of the best customer service we have ever had. We will certainly be recommending him in the future. Thank you Jeff from the Green family.

Nicole was great! She's a one lady show and so knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my experience and I would gladly go back knowing she's there to help.

My phone was failing and Savanah at the Verizon was extremely helpful. She not only assisted me in finding the best phone for my needs but she transferred all my data from the old phone to the new one seamlessly! She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
