Edit: Came back a few days later to work with Joel again. He got me an amazing deal to get a new Apple Watch with a cellular line and everything! When I didn’t find the one I wanted in stock, Joel made sure to keep me updated when it would be in stock and did not disappoint! I now am extremely happy with a new series 7 Apple Watch and will be more than happy to come back and work with him again in future Verizon transactions. Thank you Joel!

Just went in to the Easthampton Store to upgrade my device and had the best experience with Rick and James. They were both very educated on not only the promotions but plans and helped me save money on my bill. Could not be more happy with the service I received from both of them. On a side note while I was there a customer called and could hear how rude she was handling herself with the manager. Wouldn't let him respond and answer her. He continued to be very professional while being sworn at. I know there is always two sides to the story but in my opinion while observing this transaction the sales rep did nothing wrong to be treated this way. This is definitely the place and professionals you want helping you with your transactions! I will continue to be back and tell all my friends and family this is the place to go!!
