Purchased an Osgoode Marley backpack and a Jack Georges wallet from this cute little store on separate occasions. I picked out pricey items, but they have inexpensive quality items too, and the sales staff was friendly and patient with my adhd shopping tendencies. Regularly window shopping here 😁

The best customer service going, friendly, low pressure, informative and lots of options. I got an RFID protected leather wallet to replace one I had used for over 9 years. You got to check these guys out.

This has been a fixture of NoHo for a very long time, but the owner is retiring and the store will be closed at the end of January 2019. So hurry on in for the close-out sale.

Sultry smooth

Whenever my wife and I visit the area this store is one of our stops...where we have purchased many items. They always have a section with 50% off of wallets for men. I purchased a nice Osgoode Marley they say was orig.$80....now $40.I just visited the O. M. website where they are offering it for $54. So I still got a good deal but do not B.S. me.

The friendly staff are always there to help, and the selection is typically pretty good, however be warned: this is a PRICEY store. You can leave this store with a nice new wallet, but I assure you it will be an EMPTY wallet!

Service is great when the owner is there. The staff member this last time was more like a bank security guard who refused to come from behind the counter or tell us where to look for a certain type of travel bag, which we found by accident in 3 different locations. When I asked the gentleman why he was so unhelpful to us or other people in the store he said, "go ahead and leave...etc."
Obviously he doesn't know how hard it is for brick and mortar stores to compete with big box stores and online sellers, or else he would display even the smallest amount of enthusiasm and appreciation for the people who drive half an hour because they had a great experience when the owner was there.

I called to inquire about replacing a snap button on a leather wallet.
This man simply hung up the phone. Wow what great interactive communication skills. I'll be sure my dog craps in the entrance of this dump
