Mattress Firm Ware

Wow!
I had a strict budget. A new mattress wasn’t in it. However due to medical issues, I absolutely needed one.
I’m also not a fan of sales people. Well, they proved me wrong.
Cody in Ware, and Kevin from enfield CT, were the so attentive, knowledgeable, and all around just great guys to work with. No pressure, Worked within my budget and I’ve Never felt better about making a big purchase! I can’t thank them enough! I will recommend them to everyone.

We needed a new mattress unexpectedly so we went to the local Mattress Firm store. We found the experience to be very pleasant with a helpful, knowledgeable and low-key sales associate. Selection was surprisingly good for a store in a small community with a good range of products at a wide range of prices. Looking forward to delivery in just two days.

My wife and I were looking for a good quality mattress and Cody the sales representative gave us a complete rundown on the many choices that are available. We were delighted with his knowledge and attention to detail and feel we received a very fair price for a high quality mattress. I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm. I had the pleasure of working with two of their employees. Both Adamar and Cody were exceptional at their jobs and I found both of them to be extremely knowledgeable, personable and very honest with their opinions when discussing the various types of beds within the store. I would strongly recommend these two employees and the store in Ware if anyone is looking to purchase a mattress.

The Ware Mattress Firm store is clean and neat. They have lots of different brand mattresses to try out and the sales people are very knowledgeable of the mattresses, how they’re made, and the materials that they’re made from. The warranty’s can’t be beat. I would Recommend the Ware Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a mattress.

I was so pleased with Cody McCarthy that I immediately came home and sent my daughter down to get a bed. He has so many patients and did everything he could to try to figure out what was best for me. He totally went above and beyond I don’t know how many mattresses he moved just so I could find the right one. He is truly an asset to your company. I will continue sending customers to your store.

Very good product knowledge and customer service from both locations I visited. Sales persons took the time to give a thorough explanation of the different products and were able to answer all my questions. Also made me aware of current special pricing.

Just had a great experience here. Adhemar and Cody were very helpful! Very professional and helpful! They helped me find what I was looking for. I had a bad experience the first time but they went above and beyond to fix it and find me the right mattress and made my experience so much better. Adamar and Cody were both a pleasure to meet, they're extremely helpful and friendly. They walk you through the options and discuss any needs you may have in the buying process. A very positive buying experience,no hard sell mentality.

Cody made the process quick and easy when we bought our new box spring! Very nice and helpful!

Cody was SO helpful as he asked about our sleep needs and desires and clearly explained the pros and cons of the various ones as we tried to figure out what we wanted. I don’t like shopping generally so it was nice to have his input! We got what we wanted in less than an hour. Love the one we chose!!

The guys were great, they let me try out a few mattresses, helped me with something in my price range and they rest was easy!

Had a not so pleasant experience at a different establishment. Went to Mattress Firm and saw Cody and he renewed my faith in humanity. He is an honest, fair individual, that will give you the best price possible. He treats you with respect and doesn't pressure you or try to steer you to buy something you don't need or want just to put more money in his pocket. I highly recommend going to Matress Firm in Ware and asking for Cody.

Although I was offered the same products at Raymour and Flannigan, I chose this store for business due to the approachable and helpful demeanor of the salesperson at this store. I will be sending anyone that asks for this kind of reference to this store.
