My Rep Axel was simply amazing. He took his time and explained what plan would fit my lifestyle and budget. I have recommended so many people to this location because of him. I will go out of my way to go back to this location because their customer service is excellent.

Big change 1.5 yrs later.
Whent to the store to set my auto pay kz I couldn't do it on my online acc. I learn the girl I had trouble and big disappointment on opening my acc 1yr and 6 mo ago is not there anymore. I found the store associates very helpful and respectful to my customer needs. My experience with the store manager Kayleigh was great. She help me unlock my phone for my coming trip overseas. Thank you
Five Stars service for these guys

This is the only store I will go to for my T-Mobile upgrades and purchases! I’ve had T-Mobile for years and have never had an issue. Went in here the other day and purchased a new speaker and Tvision hub, the ladies there were very respectful and they knew their stuff. Pricing was very appropriate and they made sure I knew the price of what I was purchasing before I purchased it and all of the features. Love the team that works here they are always very kind and respectful. Before even purchasing anything they welcome you into the store. They let you walk around a bit and if you need help with anything they are always there! This store is like my T-Mobile family! Kayleigh the manager is always very kind and never has an issue helping anyone or making sure that if there is a problem it always get solved right away!

EXCELLENT customer service from all three working that night. Sarah, Kayleigh and Emeka were so patient with me and professional and so accommodating setting up our two phones, my watch and our internet Wi-Fi router. They were engaging and explained things clearly to this "old lady" that the C/S rep I dealt with over the phone when I initially signed up failed to tell me. KUDOS to this fine group of young people!!

Sarah and Kayleigh are AMAZING! I brought my mother-in-law to get a new phone and switch carriers and they did a great job! I can't wait to go back!

The ladies here starting from the manager Kayleigh, Tammy and Sarah were extremely nice and helped us get new phones, family plan and even hooked us up with their 5g wifi . Definitely one of the nicest costumer service in Ware!

the ladies down at the store here are always very welcoming and know exactly what they are talking about! so easy going and understanding, they take the time to go over everything with you so you know exactly what your getting!!

We visited the Ware location today and had to share our experience here after being so impressed with the customer service. Jeremiah was friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful while assisting us. We will be happy to come back in the future when we are in need of new products.

My girlfriend and I go in here for everything. Paying our bills, buying cases, upgrading, they’re always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this T-Mobile over most of the others!

This was by far the best customer service. The employees were completely knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything to us. They switched our phones over from AT&T without a glitch.. I have already sent my son over and he switched to T Mobile!! Great store!!
