Got a deck stain from Lowe’s to redo my porch and it’s holding up to the weather pretty good as advertised. Was fairly priced . Before and after pictures . Came out awesome.

Better than Home Depot,,, plenty of employees on the floor ,, reasonable pricing and they Don't Support Trump 👍

As a do it yourself I shop at Lowe's often. I have always had good experiences whether it'd be plumbing, electrical or carpentry, the folks there are very helpful and know their stuff especially Erica in plumbing, she's awesome!

Love the service you get here and the garden center has amazing plants. Plenty of parking and a nice location near a Walmart which often allows me to get two things done fairly quickly. I feel like the prices here are solid and the products are solid. With any box store of this kind the wood can be hit or miss at times. Mostly for the pros as more often than not a homeowner wouldn’t know or care if something isn’t as straight as it should be or whatever the case may be. I have always been helped by employees no matter the department or the question. I am in this location twice a week once spring rolls around and it continues until late fall.

Last night I went to Lowes and it was 5 minutes before the Lawn and Garden section closed their gates for the evening. I had to get a few bags of rocks and mulch, the staff saw me loading a large cart and they stayed open a few extra minutes so I did not have to push the large cart all the way through the store to the regular check out. I really appreciated it and that is 5-star service! Thank you Lowes in Ware!

This is the first time that I've had a problem. Bought a shop vac on line. Went to pick it up and it was a shop hose. Returned it. I noticed that I was charged for it but no credit. It was purchased on my cc and the person who did the return told me it takes up to 10 days to show up on my bank account. I didn't purchase it on my bank card, it was purchased on my Discover card..

It's Lowe's. Always has what I need. Never an issue when looking for hardware.

Return was quick. I'm off to my next projects with products in my cart. The store looked fully stocked and very clean. Holiday displays are multiple and beautifully displayed.

Went there to buy damp rid bags and bee spray and lastly mice food
They had everything I wanted and so far no mouse in my house. Great stuff

Went In. For brush and handle to wash my house and found exactly what I was looking for.
Very nicely organized and had it in stock.

Been going here since I was a kid and their product selection is unmatched. Employees are super helpful and there is great customer service.

I just visited your store in ware ma...I just tested positive for COVID and need a few things...I ordered online and didn't order correct the associates named Ron and kanisha where amazing on fixing what I really wanted, in and out of the store in the rain to accommodate me and make sure I got what I needed .....I'm a small business owner and in this day and age it's hard to find good help and these two need to be recognized for their amazing customer service and dedication to their job...you should be proud to have these two employees!.....ben

Love Lowes in Ware. They are so friendly and helpful. Also I find it's not as busy as the other Lowes. Also Lowes is the only place I've found I can order wood pellets for my pellet stove and they will deliver. All of the other stores do not deliver and it's pick up only.

Went in to by some new light fixtures for our basement/garage. They had a Good selection of products, prices were pretty good. The only issue was the lack of cashiers.

I had a broken Samsung Stove delivered too me and I went to Lowes to exchange it for a new one. We then we’re told to go through Samsung and they never fixed the issue. So the Lowe’s manager decided too exchange it through Lowe’s instead of Samsung. (When you buy appliances your refund only lasts on 2 days which it was a week over due and I didn’t know till I went to Lowe’s to return it) they were helpful with the process for me and I will definitely be coming here more often!

We bought 2 items that we needed today. We're glad that we have a hardware store in town. Lock up your car. I know someone who had an expensive tool stolen from his truck.

Employees are helpful! I normally shop Home Depot but will definitely start coming here more!
