I had to go back in for a filling. This time the staff all the way around were exceptional. Wait time was shorter. The dentist did an amazing job on matching the color.

The bottom is rated at 2. It wouldn't allow me to write a new review. To date neither of the eligibility ladies haven't called to answer a few questions.

A little confused as to why eligibility cannot return phone calls. I left 4 messages for Yvette 10, 18, 22, and the 4th.
The ladies at main line Elizabeth and Edith are wonderful (5 stars for them). Great personalities and tried to assist. Edith was able to connect with another lady named Anna in eligibility, she said she would call me back in 15 mins...that was the 4th... still no call back.

The visit I had at this location was okay. They did their job. Even with an appointment I was still seen an hour later. It felt more like being a number shuffled through than being seen as a patient.

The lady upset about no pain meds... I understand. Unfortunately they cannot prescribe that type of medicine. I needed it to and it was explained to me what levels of authorization are allowed to them.

Even with the lack of, I am grateful to have been able to be seen to get information and diagnosis with my teeth.

Walk in quick exam n tooth pulled in no time at all.

The experience I have had with the cleaning hygenist in the past has been excellent. The last exam with Xrays was very thorough however, the cleanliness with the hands on was not so great. I don't believe the dentist change their gloves enough times during their procedures. I received a huge blister in my mouth right after an exam and another time I received an infection on my tooth after receiving a cap on my root canal.

I had appointment for January 2019 ( Had been set up since August 2018). When I arrived in January for appointment, I'm informed they don't have paperwork from Medicare. I return home and request paperwork to be sent to Clinic; new appointment was set up for April. April comes along - I receive "confirmation calls and texts for appointment - this time, I take paperwork in case THEY don't have it. Well NOW they DO have paperwork, but don't show my appointment on their system! Lack of communication between appointment center and Clinic; NOT going back! Now, I have to start all over and find another dental clinic. 🙄

I’m guessing it’s because I’m black that I arrived at 8 am, and EVERY walk-in and appointment before and after me has been seen. As if sit here in the lobby an hour and a half later still have not been seen yet ppl that continues to walk in is being seen. I ask why, no one can tell me. I guess I need a Hispanic name to be treated equally. Worse experience EVER. Avoid if you are a colored.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This one older lady was not helpful and very rude! They gave me 3 different appointments and sent me home all 3 times because their systems were down. Made appoitments without letting me know first and then got upset when I called confused! They also Tried to keep my change when I paid! Had me waiting for four hours and got sent home again! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had an appointment scheduled but no one called to inform me that it was canceled because surgeon was out, if I canceled on them they would charge me. This place is the worst do not trust what they do and how they bill. They rescheduled my appointment only to wait an hour to be seen at this point I was livid! I got my money back and wish to have nothing to do with this office!

DENTAL----WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MOTHERS PARTIAL FOR OVER A MONTH NOW! WHEN THEY TOOK THE FIRST IMPRESSION IT WENT OUT TO THE LAB AND WAS REJECTED DUE TO BUBBLES SO THEN WE WENT BACK AND TOOK A SECOND ONE. AN EMPLOYEE THERE SAID THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A "RUSH " ON IT BUT STILL TWO WEEKS LATER WE STILL DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY HAD STATED THAT THEY HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANYTHING COMING BACK YET FROM THERE SO I CALLED THE LAB AND THEY STATED THAT THEY CALLED AND SPOKE TO FOUR DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES STATING THAT NOW THIS IMPRESSION IS BAD AND HAS BUBBLES. I AM REALLY UPSET THAT WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS JUST TO HEEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE. JUST BECAUSE THIS SERVICE IS FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE DOESNT MEAN THE SERVICE SHOULD BE SO POOR.

Dr was rude and unhelpful did not give me pain killers for the pain after the procedure never going back.
