I cannot say enough good things about Chad Miller Auto Care. I had my taillights stolen 2 times within 2 weeks, and they took care of everything in a very timely manner. They worked with my insurance as well, and they were extremely helpful. They have amazing customer service and they went above and beyond in trying to make sure this doesn’t happen again to me. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I will always come back here for future services for my truck, and I will recommend them to anyone in the SA area.

Straight up the best and only place to go for your car repairs. After going to the other shops and getting ghosted because they didn't want to bother with a part I needed because it was back ordered. Chad got the part within a day. They are friendly, fast, and make sure you are up to date with with what is going on with your repairs. Believe all the reviews on this place. It is top notch.

Great experience getting my car checked and repaired. They were patient with my ignorance as I explained that my car was “grumbling”— it was a bad muffler and they were able to order the part and fix it within a few hours (most of the time was waiting for the part). They’ll give you a ride if you need it, and the super cute waiting room and Keurig helped the time pass. I heard their interactions with customers and car parts shops and they were super professional and polite. Definitely my new auto shop!

Squirrels were nesting in my truck and chewed up the wires. Chad and team were able to get it done and worked with my insurance to save me a pretty good amount of money. Chad Miller is the only shop I take my vehicles to if I cannot fix it myself. Great customer service and fair prices.

Been a customer for nearly a decade, and I’ve had them work on many different vehicles during that time. You expect good service from a shop that has been around this long, but what they actually provide is great service recently had an issue with my Chevrolet, these folks went way beyond the extra mile to get me back on the road again they stayed after the problem until it was resolved. Chad Miller and his team are stand up guys! Our 2016 Tahoe's transmission went out and they replaced it with a rebuilt one. Unfortunately the rebuilt transmission had faulty parts, so Chad had to order another one. To our disbelief, that transmission was faulty as well. Chad had to order a third rebuilt transmission, and fortunately we're now back on the road. This experience was frustrating for both of us, but Chad saw it through to the end. He did everything to make it right. It's refreshing to finally find an honest, hardworking shop. Thank you, Chad Miller!

My car wasn’t working and I was very upset and didn’t know what to do. I went to Chad Miller Auto Care and everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. They calmed me down and reassured me and worked on my car in a very timely manner so I could make my flight to the airport on time. I would highly recommend this business to everyone! Chad Miller is very honest and considerate towards their customers and I was so impressed with the service we received.

We came in without an appointment due to a coolant leak. He asked if we could leave the car with him so he could get to it when they got the chance. It looked like they were very busy as their parking lot was completely full of cars. We let him know we were hoping to get it repaired today as we were supposed to be leaving on a trip tomorrow. He immediately stopped what he was doing to inspect my car and see if it was possible to make time to fix it today.

After quickly finding the issue, he gave us his quote and told us he could try to fit us in today but didn’t want to promise anything and risk taking away the opportunity of us finding another shop that could fit us in and fix the issue in the same day.

We ended up going to another shop that was able to fit us in, but I was so beyond impressed with the service we received! I feel like most places would’ve told us, “you need it tomorrow? Should’ve made an appointment, not our problem.” But Chad Miller really tried to work with us and was very considerate of our needs and very honest with expectations.

My husband has been going to Chad Miller since we moved to San Antonio and I now understand why. I will most definitely return to this business with any future car needs I have and I will join my husband in recommending this business to anyone else in need.

Had a bunch of maintenance/repairs that needed to get done and they had the car back to me in a day and a few hours. Price wasn't cheap but, definitely fair for the work I had done plus UTSA students get a 10% discount up to $100 so that was cool. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone that's in NW SA and as long as I am in the area I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

Chad Miller receives my highest praise and recommendation to anyone needing service or maintenance done to their vehicles. My brief encounter with him and his team has shown me they have the highest caliber of integrity.

My stepdaughter's car broke down after work. We managed to get it into a parking lot, but couldn't get it started. Ironically, we were right next to Chad Miller's. The next day I spoke to Chad and he came and took a look. At first he said it may be the fuel pump, which would have set me back a bit financially at this point, but I figured if it needed to be done, so be it.

However, he first offered me discounts to help the cost, but the best surprise was in store for me. When I contacted him for a status on the car, he told me it was simply out of gas. Apparently the sensor gauge wasn't working correctly, so we had assumed there was 3/4 tank of gas, although in reality there was none.

Then I asked how much I owed, considering their time and attention, and he said only what they put in for gas! Couldn't believe it, he could have easily kept with the fuel pump needing to be replaced, I wouldn't have known the difference, or at the very least charged me for their time and labor, but he didn't. That is the integrity I have always tried to teach my kids!

They will definitely be my first choice for any car repair needs I have, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs automotive services!

Transmission on my 2015 Chrysler Town & Country went out so i had it towed to Chad Miller Auto Care. Communication was excellent with everyone i spoke with including Chad. Excellent service!! I had my vehicle back on the road in less than a week!! Definitely recommend and will use their services again.

I brought my Corolla in due to a loud noise from my tires while driving. It had turned out that my wheel bearings and hubs needed to be replaced. The workers at Chad Miller Auto Care were thorough in their inspection. They are reasonably priced and only recommend repairs that are needed. Their customer service is unparalleled. They answered all of my questions about the process and kept me updated during the whole process. Everything from the parts arriving to when it was almost complete. They truly care about their customers and treat them like family. I highly recommend them to anyone needed mechanical repairs.

I found that my driver side headlight was out. Knowing that I was going to be returning home at night, I checked in at Chad Miller Auto to see if there was any way they could squeeze me in to get my lamp fixed. Chad asked me to pull my car up to an open bay and he met me there. He asked me to open the hood. He quickly yanked out my old bulb, walked back into the shop and emerged a short time later with a new bulb in hand. He popped it in and everything was working like normal again. All this was done in less than 5 minutes. I met him back inside when he was finished and asked what the price would be. He only charged me for the part and said he only did 2 minutes of labor. I was extremely impressed and appreciative.
